Enjoy resort living in this spacious & relaxing one bedroom, 2 bath unit in beautiful Turtle Bay Resort. This condominium is very private with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the 18th hole of the famous Turtle Bay Fazio Golf Course. The condo is on the first floor, with convenient parking right in front. It is in the row of homes closest to the Turtle Bay Hotel and the beach. The beach is an easy 8 minute walk through the resort grounds. The condo has been fully refurnished and decorated in the last 2 years in a beautiful tropical style. Most recently the kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops. The Master Bathroom shower has also recently been remodeled.
The condo is close to the Golf Pro Shop, which is adjacent to 'Lei Lei's,' the best restaurant on the North Shore. The restaurant features a wonderful menu with outdoor seating, music, and a relaxed atmosphere.
The large lanai is screened in with a dining area. The unit also includes secured, wireless internet service. Beach towels, chairs, boogie boards & snorkeling equipment are provided.
With two full bathrooms, a full-size kitchen, and inside laundry facilities, this condominium has all the conveniences of home.
Condo guests have access to the pools at the complex. They also have full use of all restaurants and the beach at the Turtle Bay Hotel (not the hotel pool). Free entertainment is available at the Hotel pool bar each evening during sunset time. Horseback riding and gym activities are available at a nominal cost. The resort is large with many wonderful bays and hikes to explore.

This is a great, great place to stay if you are looking for quiet and tropical peace away from tourist crowds and noise. We loved the location with easy access to ocean activities, walks in paradise, proximity (if you have a car) to the north shore sights and fun eating experiences. The condo washer/dryer, screened lanai, and well-stocked kitchen were great. One of the tops of our experience was working with Jill. She was ever so prompt with her email replies to our questions and worked well with us.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

I just returned from 8 wonderful peaceful days at this very affordable condo. We had everything we needed and more! There was even snorkel gear for us and the kids waiting for us to use. The unit was clean and quiet overlooking the green on the golf course. Just a few yards away is one of the most beautiful beaches on the north shore also equally as close was the Turtle Bay Hilton. Where there was plenty to do! I especially enjoyed Open Mike night at Surfers bar where local artists came and played music for us. The food and drinks were excellent as was the show. This location offers the best of both worlds. Quiet tranquility linked with plenty of things to do right at your door step should you want to do something besides lounge on the lanai or the local beach. I am booking this trip again for next year! We simply did not get enough of the north shore.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

My wife found this great condo through VRBO. It was perfect for a retirement celebration get away! Our son and granddaughter live in Aiea making this a perfect place for them to come up and visit. The place was stocked well, clean, and supplied with all kinds of beach stuff (snorkeling, boogie boards, chairs, etc.) which got a thorough workout. We got up every morning and walked the beaches. You can walk for hours and not see anyone, only nature. We could see whales breaching the ocean’s surface from the beach. Unbelievable! We also enjoyed watching the sunset from pool side at the Turtle Bay Resort. Spectacular! You never have to leave the resort if you choose not to. Everything you need is there. You must try the Prime Rib at LeiLei's, minutes’ walk from the condo. Not sure if you noticed the common theme in all these reviews is that Jill is easy to work with! This condo is absolutely beautiful. If you've ever been to Turtle Bay, you will enjoy the convenience of being so close to LeiLei's and a short walk to the beach. You will not be disappointed and I plan to use it again on my next trip.Recommended for: Age 55+.

I went to visit my son who was a student @ BYU Hawaii and needed a place to stay next to campus. Everything was just as Jill said it would be. Jill was efficient and easy to work with. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to make our holiday stay a pleasant one. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed PLUS a washer and dryer! There was also Boogie Boards and Snorkling Gear for my 13 year old daughter. The beach was with in walking distance and BYU was right around the corner! I will be calling Jill the next time I go to Hawaii! Very comfortable, an excellent base to explore the North Shore. Close to all nice beaches, surfing competition and grocery store. The resort itself is well-maintained with excellent tennis courts and clean pool. This little condo was perfect for just the two of us! The place was stocked well, clean, and supplied with all kinds of beach stuff (snorkeling, boogie boards, chairs, etc.) which really came in handy and saved a ton of money on that alone. We would walk up to Turtle Bay and watch the sunset while having a drink at the Hang Ten bar. Don't tell but we also "snuck" into their hot tubs. ;-) Jill is WONDERFUL to work with!!! I can not express that enough! Great place.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: I've spent a good part of the last 10 years on the North Shore of Oahu. I love having properties that my friends and family can enjoy. You can see my niece & nephews in the photo (better than any photo of me!) I take care of my properties full-time. I take time to keep each property in great shape for my guests!
Why the Owner Chose Turtle Bay:
I love the tranquility of this property. It has a unique place at the resort. It is very quiet, but also a short walk from the beach and restaurants. It is the largest floor plan of the one bedroom units and each room feels quite spacious. I also love having 2 full baths and a larger kitchen!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The property is on the 18th hole of the Fazio course. It is the less busy of the two courses, and it is rare for anyone to be at the 18th hole before noon. I think I've only seen golfers a few times in the years I have stayed at the property. The smells of the flora and chirps of all the birds are what put me instantly at ease.
