Several family members traveled with us. We got there and the pack n play did not have a matress, come to find out, I guess they don't. But we got it all worked out. Regie ran out and bought us a matress for the little one. The home is amazing for the area. It is the nicest home in the area. There was every thing provided including beach towels and chairs, even a cooler. Regie was a wonderful host and available. We had to learn about emptying out the portable ac units. We were at the beach, but this is the warm time of the year. The kitchen area is amazing with a very large breakfast bar. We ended up with a dishwasher problem as they are so sensitive that we created a service error, didn't know how to use the fancy drawer dishwashers. This is such a large home and we loved the number of tvs. The beach was out front and we could go to sleep to the ocean waves. Sunrise and sunset was something to see. We loved the location for getting around the island. When we couldn't get a hold of Regie, the owner was available. We loved the place and after we got use to the locals, we were comfortable. This isn't a tourist area, we went into Wakiki and saw the shoulder to shoulder people. Thanks for the list of tourist attractions from Victoria and tips on shopping, we saved a lot of money! Hope to come back again.

East Coast Visitor - Wonderful HAWAII

Hawaii was everything we hoped it would be. We flew all the way from Kentucky. Amazing. The water was so blue and clear - right out FRONT. We couldn't have asked for more. This was the perfect location for us. There were plenty of linens, beach towels, etc. How nice to have a washer and dryer. The home is wonderful with many amenities that are only found in expensive homes. Bose surround, couldn't believe it. Six tvs...internet, cable and free long distance phone calls. Our friend that stayed in town had to pay for parking, internet and phone. What a savings. This home for the price is unreal. What a great family gathering area in the kitchen, dinning, and living room. We loved our stay and will come back again. Regie is a wonderful host and always available. If he's busy, Victoria, the owner is helpful as well. What a great home you have and thank you for sharing it. As to a visitors statement regarding inventory, we found this NOT to be the case. We were not charged for any missing items, nor did we have anyone take anything from the home.

Vacation in Paradise...

Thanks for sharing your million dollar home Victoria. It was a beautiful place and so comfortable. We had no problems with the amenities and the setting. Relaxing and wonderful to wake up to the ocean waves out front, sit on the patios out front or just swimming in the ocean. Although there were a number of children at the beach, we made some memorable friends. This is a neighborhood of locals, which is exactly what we wanted. Nice and relaxing. Ewa Beach is the perfect location for traveling around the island. We could easily get to Pearl Harbor, downtown and to the North Shore. It was perfect. If there was one piece of advice about this trip, I would have made it for longer. THANK YOU and thanks to the wonderful management, Regie. We had no problems with inventory as an earlier guest commented, but then again, we flew in and didn't know anyone local. We hope to come back again...real soon.

Nice Beach Rental

The beach house we rented was everything that I expected. The house was beautiful and elegant. The linens were fresh and the house was clean and tidy. There were 7 adults, 1 child and an infant who stayed in the house and everyone was happy with the accommodations - there was plenty of room for everyone. We were pleased with the amenities that were provided, including the beach toys, internet connection, and kitchen tools & supplies. When we had guests over for a barbecue, they all marveled at the spaciousness of the kitchen/family room and the high-end appliances. This is definitely an entertainment house with the beautiful granite kitchen island and huge bar. Besides the two-car garage, there was sufficient room in the driveway to accommodate several cars. The house however, is beginning to show wear and tear. Although regular maintenance is provided, some items were not working. There were four dishwashers - none worked. The outside shower for beach goers did not work. We were unable to get the barbecue going because when the propane gas knob was turned on, the gas leaked, rendering it unsafe. We chose instead to use the oven inside and had a roasted barbecue. I would warn renters to check in with the property manager upon arrival. Let him/her take you through the house when you arrive AND when you depart. Ask for an inventory list – actually, insist on one. I did not do this. We checked ourselves in and out with the passwords and codes provided prior to our arrival. Don’t be as trusting as I was – you could be liable for damage you did not do or missing items that were not there prior to your arrival. I was hit up with a charge for two brand new beach items that the owner said were there in the garage – the items were not there when we arrived. I was also told that several expensive cooking pans were missing and that toilet flaps had to be replaced because of us.

Owner response:Thank you Angie. We tried to be fair in the missing items. We have receipts and photographs of our items. You admitted that your LOCAL guests must have taken our tupper ware and the nice stainless steel pans we had at the house. You were not charged for those items and we asked you the have the LOCALS bring them back. We have bought a new grill as it was broken and we did not charge you. The dishwashers are Fisher Paykel and they are only 5 years old. Often when a guest overfills the dishwashers, they will Flash F1 and I pay to have them fixed, again you were not charged. I'm glad you enjoyed the house. It is at the beach and it is ONLY 5 years old. We constantly are painting and repairing. I'm glad you had a great family reunion (again, we did not charge you for that). I know you flew from CA, but the LOCAL family event and the items missing were no fault of our inventory. In 5 1/2 years this is the first time we have had an issue. Sorry this happened, but we do strive for fairness. You received almost 95% of your refund and I'm sorry you felt this way. I paid for many of the repairs (toilet flaps were over $120) and missing items. I did hope we had worked out what was fair. Sorry, but I am glad you had a great family get together. Thank you.

8 of us were traveling from Texas for our nephew's graduation. This place was perfect. We were all friends, but needed space for everyone. The arrangement was perfect and allowed for us all in comfort. The kitchen was great and well equipped. We couldn't believe the size of the breakfast bar...largest piece of granite we've ever seen. There were so many TV, but why, with the ocean out front. No complaints. The management was warm and welcoming and attended to our every need. Victoria, thank you for helping us make plans. We all plan to come back again. It was the most wonderful trip to Hawaii. Easy access to everything. Even shopping at costco. We did go to the downtown area for one night and boy was it packed. Once was enough. We loved the place and the fact that we felt so secure. Yes, it is a local neighborhood, but all the locals had the aloha spirit. We'll return again.

Ewa Beach Family Vacation

It was time to get our new families together on the island of Oahu in Hawaii for a Family Vacation! And what a better way than to explore from the front steps of this fabulous home in Ewa Beach. The home allows for privacy in the rooms and bathrooms and accommodates family gatherings in the kitchen and patios; not to mention our backyard is the beach! There is something to be said about renting a home versus hotels for vacations. Waikiki is a great place to visit but it cannot offer what this rental home has located within the community. We spent 9 days in this home and enjoyed every minute of it. The neighbors were extremely friendly and helpful. Some of the locals on the beach shared with us their adventures in fishing. The local markets met our needs and Costco was close enough to keep our refrigerator stocked. Some of the locals commented that Ewa Beach is the warmest beach on the island, where the sunrise & roosters woke us up in the morning with the warmest temperatures in the late afternoon. We spent most of our time out exploring the island and came back to complete our days resting on the upstairs deck that offered endless amazing views of beaches and Waikiki. The cool breeze and the many windows and dual-patio doors allowed for the home to be comfortable. If we could do it differently, I would still choose this home! My second time around I would prepare myself with a 4G wireless network device; during our stay, the internet was not cooperating. Thank goodness we researched and mapped our excursions prior to our arrival. I mapped out local stores, Costco and day-activities prior to our arrival which made it easier on the group. The expectation that the home has central AC was replaced with Hawaii-air conditioning: open the windows and doors to take advantage of the beach breeze (watch out for the bugs!). Because the home is open in the common areas, TV was difficult to watch in surround sound because of the echo. But honestly, who watches TV when you have a vacation on such a relaxing island? Invest your time in renting this home. You will not be disappointed. First time renters: Be sure to read all contracts regarding expectations on deposit, payments, refunds and cancellations BEFORE making the reservation / deposit. This was NOT an issue for this rental property!

Owner response:Glad you had a wonderful time! We have fixed the internet, unfortunately the signal from the cable company needed a boot....go figure after 5 years why this happened. Sorry this happened to you and it takes forever to get anything scheduled in Hawaii!! It's fixed, and glad you had a good back up plan. Please come see us again. I know you had a difficult time with another owner on the North Shore and didn't get your deposit money back - even with a 3.5 month notice. Sorry, not all owners are the same. Luxury - Stunning. Great family renunion

Coming all the way from New Jersey all 10 of us had a wonderful reunion. My parents, my in-laws, and 4 of the grandchildren enjoyed this spacious home. There was plenty of towels for everyone! The house was so fancy! and the decorations made us feel right at home. We loved to have the gathering area downstairs and outside. It was the best family reunion. Although the neighbors didn't have a nice of a home as we did, they were wonderful, friendly people. Offering us Mangos and saying hi. Very nice folks. The home sits next to a city canal rain runoff. The canal really, provided a great separation from neighbors. Other than some trash that got dropped it, the water was ocean water, with fish and certainly no smell. Victoria was the best. Making sure we got in ok and answered any questions we might have had. She has such a lovely home on the beach. There were a ton of beach items, even a rolling cooler for using. I've never seen such a "Tall"garage, you could fit an RV in here. We will be here again since we didn't get to see everything. Thanks Victoria

Wonderful Luxury Home Great Vaction

Our family gathered from Michigan and Florida. We had a great time. The house was perfect and just as pictured. Yes, Victoria was right it is a local area. We loved meeting the locals. In fact, we went fishing in the ocean with them. What an experience. I am in my 70's and will always remember this as one our best family trips. The home is stunning. Words can not describe how wonderful it is. Unreal fireplaces, patios, bose surround, and a fabulous gathering area downstairs. The kitchen was welll stocked and had very nice pots, pans and dishes. With 4 dishwashers we could keep it all clean. In the evenings we could gather outside, no bugs, and enjoy the sunset. What a great place for wonderful memories. Thank you Victoria

There were 8 of us traveling from Wyoming, elderly, children and parents. This was the perfect home for us with plenty of room. Victoria, the owner, is friendly and responsive. We would stay again. We were able to do all of the tourist things on the entire island...easy access. The home was very private and in a residential area. Although we had some kids at the beach, they were very respectful and even became friends with our children. They actually had someone to play with. The home is nicely appointed with many Hawaiian decorations. Love the wine cooler. There was an automatic ice water, ice cube sub zero refrigerator. Everything was very expensive, high end. We had plenty of towels, beach towels and lots of beach toys. We even got to see a seal on the beach. We had a very fun time and would love to return. We are glad that we choose the sunny side of the island. Thank you

Coming from Alaska was a real treat to have our faimly gather from Washington State, and all over. We had a total of 10 family attend the vacation, even our 10 month old. I am the grandfather that put it all together. From the time we contact the owner, Victoria, we felt comfortable. We were on the sunny side of the island and got to experience the RAIN in Hawaii. It rained so hard, water came down the chimney and I understand that it has since been repaired. We loved the house, fantastic is all we can say. What a luxury home in a local neighborhood. The locals were nice and friendly, but they sure could use some sprucing up to their houses! Before we arrived the last guests broke 2 boogie boards and Victoria was kind enough to get them replaced. The photos are exactly like the house, except the landscaping is growing. We loved meeting downstairs in the evening and watching the ocean outfront. The house was so cool when it was opened up that we never used the air conditioning. If anyone is considering a perfect family get away, this is the place. So easy to get around the entire island. This is the most outstanding home in all of Ewa Beach. I don't know where to begin praising the owner for having such a wonderful home. I am from Hawaii origional (4th generation) and now live in California. At the last minute I called the owner and was able to arrange a great family get together. The local family loved the location as they could just drive down the street. We loved fishing in the canal that is next to the house. It had just rained and the water was so clear and blue and filled with fish. My cousins had a fun time at the beach, surfing and swimming. I was delighted to hear that the owner has a new management/host on the island. I would highly recommend this home. The neighbors were so friendly, always waving. We did not any air conditioning as the breezes from the ocean were great. The weather was perfect. Thanks Victoria we appreciated being a guest in your beautiful home.

I was charged with making arrangements to stay in Hawaii with all 8 of us, including 4 children ranging from 2 to 12 years of age. From the moment I called Victoria, it was so easy. She even accepted payments as I could make them. I'm so glad we chose this home and location. We had a wonderful time. Everything was provided including all the toys for the beach. We travel from Canada with our grand parents, parents, and children. It was a wonderful reunion. The house is so large, we all had our own bedrooms. If you a looking for a truly luxury home, try this one. It is far above the standards of Hawaiian homes. It is truly spectular. Wine cooler, 2ovens, subzero -- I would love to have the same features in my home. The house was clean and very well stocked. One of the dishwashers quit working, but no problem we had 3 others to use. I guess we overloaded the dishes. Victoria is the best owner and was friendly. Although my grandmother is 80, she had no problems with the house or the beach. We enjoyed both the sunrise and sunset from the house. Amazing. We took some great photos as well. Getting around the island was no problem. We did miss the "rush" hour traffic, but didn't really want to go into town anyway. The Hawaiian decor is beautiful from the flower arrangements to the furniture, especially the dinning room chairs and the bedspread. All in all our trip was perfect. There was a great breeze and we didn't want or use the air conditioning. Ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms were plenty. This was a great experience and we will certainly recommend our friends to stay here.

What a trip from Colorado....we LOVE Hawaii!!!!!

3 couples and one baby stayed here. Although we are from Colorado we wanted an escape from the cold weather. The house was perfect in every way. We had plenty of sleeping rooms, great arrangement. We loved having a packnplay for the 9 mo. old. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed and then some. We had so much fun bbq and eating outside. The kitchen and dinning area are well designed for entertaining. The house was clean and well supplied. We all had enough towels. Having a washer and dryer so handy to the bedrooms was great. We loved the beach out front. We pretty much had the entire beach to ourselves. The neighbors were kind and friendly. We hope to come back again. Thank you for sharing your luxury home, Victoria. You made our planning and visit do enjoyable. Your place was such a bargain, free internet, cable and parking...never will we stay in a hotel again. You have it all.

Vacation in Paradise - Great escape from the East Coast cold

A group of us ranging from 50 to 70 wanted a retreat from the cold east coast. We choose the best house possible given our group. We had a wonderful trip. Although it was my sisters, parents and us - we all had privacy. The sleeping arrangements were great and having such a luxury mastersuite we took turns! It was the perfect first time to Hawaii and I know we'll be back again. Victoria, the owner, was so kind as to allow us a late check out. The location of the home is in a local area, but perfect for going to do tourist stuff. We loved coming home after a long day to such a magnificent home. We felt like we were at home, only better. Loved the kitchen and all of the furnishings. Although we never used them fireplaces are wonderful and allow for views of the ocean. One of our favorite things was just relaxing and sitting outside enjoying the ocean. This is truly a GEM of a home. We are glad we booked so far in advance or we might not have been able to stay here. Our friends recommended it as they were there last year. The owner takes great pride in her home and is always fixing it up. I can only imagine the upkeep when you are on the beach. What a great place.

Five couples came to visit from Oregon. We had a wonderful time and there was plenty of room for all 10 of us. What fun. The house is so spectular words can not describe. We had 4 dishwashers, tons of wine glasses and everything we could need. We had no complaints other than we couldn't stay longer. The neighbors are so nice....Victoria truly has the best house in all of Ewa Beach. The old style homes are ok, but this one is modern with everything for your comfort from beach towels to beach toys. Thank you

Upon arriving we noticed our home was the nicest in the area. The neighbors are lacking the style and structure of this home. Ours was perfect and come to meet the locals we felt safe and comfortable. The location was perfect for getting around the island. Costco was near by and we did most of our shopping there. Loved the kitchen, well equipped and had everything we needed. What an amazing home to rent. You won't be disappointed. The only thing I would have liked is to have more time to spend. Everything was as pictured and it was completely private. All things considering, we plan to come back. Depends on the economy.!

Perfect Vacation House!!

We rented this house for a week. Everyone had their own bedroom with a bath—the layout was perfect with 1 bedroom downstairs and 3 upstairs. The house is a dream—it is so open and friendly. The furniture is very nice and upgraded also. Plenty of deck chairs and tables for the 2 outside patios—where we spent a lot of time. The view especially from the second story is incredible. You can hear the ocean—which is just a few steps away—all the time—great for sleeping. I did most of the cooking—and the kitchen appliances are top of the line. All the cooking accessories, platters, glasses, etc are there also. We had never rented a house for a vacation before and was nervous—but Victoria was very gracious and made it easy on the business transactions. We would definitely stay there again. Another group of our clan stayed at a nearby resort—they spent at least double the amount we did and also paid considerably extra for parking and internet usage. We really liked not having to deal with the crowds and being able to get a cup of coffee and toast in the morning without having to get dressed and walking a quarter mile to the coffee shop.

A Perfect Place for a Wedding!

I can't say enough how awesome our visit to Hawaii, Ewa Beach and "The Mansion" (as the locals describe it) was! You often wonder just what you will arrive to when you book a vacation home via the internet. Trust me, you will NOT be disappointed with this amazing home on an amazing setting!' Victoria was very open with the fact that this home is NOT in a typical tourist area, but is a local community with friendly neighbors. This is exactly what Kathy and I were looking for when we decided to come to Hawaii to be married. This beautiful home and property provided the perfect setting for some amazing pictures and memories of our very special event. Our professional photographer insisted on capturing the beauty of the home, manicured and exotic landscaping, perfectly clean beach and ocean setting right in our own backyard. He must have taken 400 pictures and has told us that he will likely use them on his own website to promote his business. Elliot, the property manager, was incredible. When he learned of our wedding on the property, he scheduled the landscaping of the yard on the morning of the wedding. It was perfect and he was always available for any questions we had. The home is perfectly maintained with all the amenities you could ever need. We enjoyed snorkeling in the reef just off our backyard beach and wondered at the array of tropical fish we found here. Local neighbors could always be found on the beaches surrounding us, as well, and Hawaiians MUST be some of the nicest people in the world! You will be pampered by the open floor plan, high end appliances, superb sound system, marble counters, tiled floors, glass walled windows, huge lanai's with amazing views, large bedrooms, comfortable beds, ample bath facilities, attached garage stocked with snorkel gear, beach chairs, bbq, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, etc. etc.! We made friends with so many of the locals and they treated us to all of the secrets of the island and Ewa Beach community. So much information on restaraunts, sights, hikes, adventures, etc., that we simply couldn't do them all in our week long stay. This is a fantastic and friendly community! This home is a gem and it made our special day one that we will never forget! Thanks Victoria, Elliot and all who made our stay so enjoyable!

Perfect Luxury Home and wonderful Location

Our entire family was fortunate enough to get together. We had a perfect home for our family reunion. There was plenty of room and yet privacy for everyone. We were glad that the location of Ewa Beach allowed for us to get around the entire island. Unlike a previous guests, we had wonderful inventory experience. Nothing was missing or charged for. Victoria sent us a list of attractions that was most helpful. We wished we would have had longer to enjoy Hawaii and all it has to offer. We especially thrilled to wake up and go to sleep to the sounds of the ocean. This home is truly astounding. Everything was such high end, I wished I had the kitchen in my home. The jaccuzi tub relaxing. and the master suite was truly a master. You'd pay double the price for this in a hotel. We were very pleased and would return again.

We were a little concerned with going to Hawaii in the summer, it was HOT. The ac in the house was just ok, but the ceiling fans were great and plenty of floor fan. Don't go to Hawaii in the summer unless you want to experience the tropics....that's their warm time of year. Yes 82 is warm there. But we opened up the home and the breeze off the ocean cooled it right off. The kids thought about sleeping on the porch as it was so nice outside at night. We should have brought sleeping bags! All kidding aside the home is very nice and unlike the neighborhood. It truly stands out. Loved the kitchen and the subzero was the best. Tons of room. Everything was there you could want. We had plenty of dishes for all 8 of us. If you are looking for a nice home at a reasonable price, this place fits the bill. By the way, we come from Las Vegas, so the temperature was cool to us!! We had a fantastic time exploring the island. This was the perfect home base. We will come back again.

truly - luxury on the beach

We decided to extend our stay in Hawaii. We checked my daughter into BYU in Laie. Then we decided to visit this side of the island. Yes, it is a local area. At first we were uncomfortable, but found out how safe it is. This is just how the locals live. This house is the exception. It is truly a luxury home with all of the bells and whistles. We had plenty of room and a great time. I would most certainly recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay on the sunny side of the island. Every day we had sunshine. It was so convenient to get to the airport and around the island. Shopping was near by as well as golf courses. We even had free long distance calls back to the mainland. Wonderful having the wi-fi since I had to do some work there. The kitchen is a perfect family gathering area. We have since learned that a pick nick table has been added, which is even more perfect....Thank you Victoria for sharing your million dollar home with us.

Wow! What an amazing experience.There were three couples total and everyone of use felt privileged to stay in a house as beautiful as this one.The house is away from the crowds tucked away in a quiet and extremely friendly neighborhood right on the beach.Very spacious,more than enough space for 8-9 people comfortably. The entire house is decorated beautifully and the landscaping is incredible.There are too many luxury to list but I will try to name a few.Walk in closets,walk in showers, Jacuzzi tub in the master-bedroom,two double sided fireplaces,amazing kitchen with everything we could possibly need,Flat screen TV in the living room,in three bedrooms and in the kitchen.The BBQ area has a gas grill and all the utensil needed. beautiful views of the ocean from the top and bottom balconies.All the beds were very comfortable.The master-bedroom on the top floor has French doors that open to the ocean.(incredible view of Wiki and Honolulu)Lots of towels,never ran out.I cant say enough about the property and words can,t really describe it.I have to give a huge THANK YOU to Elliot & his wife.They are in charge of the house and the property and welcomed us when we arrived.They showed us the property walked us through the house and answered any questions that we had.Very nice people! I could tell right away that they were dedicated and took pride in making sure that we would all have a happy and stress free stay.He and his wife also let us know to call them with any questions or concerns that we had at anytime.Excellent service!! We never had to call because the house was so well prepared before we arrived.But it was nice to know that they were there if we needed them.Very nice people! Truly my pleasure.I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone.I know i will be back asap! Victoria was sweet from the beginning. She just kept going out of her way for us, and she has a great group of people that help to ensure a great stay. I spoke to her from the start and she was very warm, welcoming, and friendly. The business transacting part was very easy! She returned the deposit right away. The house was incredible, luxurious, and definitely finalized the vacation. This is a true vacation home. It was by far the nicest house on the street, very friendly neighbors, great management a call away. They provided everything that we needed, and they all went out of their ways to do so. The views are amazing on the top balcony, and you really do fall asleep to waves... Its not super crowded area so it was nice to hang with the locals! It was exactly what we were looking for. We miss it, so much already... if you are coming to Oahu, this is where you need to stay. Thank you to Victoria, Lauren, Elliot, and Lisa for making our trip so comfortable and memorable.

Thanks for the dream vacation, The house was wonderful and large with many amenities. Our family had a great time, especially at the beach. We had 9 guests and two infants and the house had ample room for all of us. We loved having the highchair and pack n play available. We hope to return next year and loved the sunshine!!! I rented this house for my just 2 of us. I planned to propose here. I picked the right place. We had this giant, new home to ourselves. The rock wall and gate out front provided for privacy. This home was too much, just like the photos. Too bad that the tiles on the steps got cracked from heavy suit cases. I work in a very high stress profession and this was the perfect place to unwind. We had such a great time, exploring the island. Best of all the locals were so friendly and helpful. They gave us suggestions for places to go. Loved the wine cooler in the home. We had several bottles to drink. The house was stocked and we only needed to buy food. Shopping at the close by CostCo we saved a lot of money. We boogie boarded out front! Yes, out front. We walked directly to the sandy beach. Once you go past the canal wall, the beach stretches for a mile or more. We didn't walk that far. I could go on and on to praise this home but I will summarize, if you are going to Hawaii, this is a great home and in a very good location. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars, I would. In case you are wondering, she said YES....getting married and will return.

LUXURY home and great place...Family reunion

This was the perfect home for our family. We had myself and my brother with all 4 of our teenagers. We were so please to get away from the Canadian winter. Driving up to the house, we knew we made the right decision. It was as advertised, a true LUXURY home. It was the diamond of Ewa Beach. The neighbors ended up being so nice. Our kids had instant friends to play with at the ocean. Boogie boarding was great and loved having all of the snorkel gear. I hear there is new management, which is great, since we really didn't care for ours. She wasn't very friendly. This however, did not effect our wonderful trip. We went to all the recommended places and loved the Kuahola Ranch (sp) We road horses through the most amazing valleys. Also, we got to choose from the FIVE golf courses near by. Golfing in Hawaii is a real experience with the ocean breezes and views. After we got our rental car, Victoria recommended that we go to CostCo off the Hwy on the way. Perfect. We gathered supplies for the entire stay. The evenings were wonderful and cool and we often spent the time outside enjoying the beach/ocean until 2am. Of course, we were very quiet and the neighborhood was so quiet. Loved the views, breezes and the moonlight shimmering on the waves. We were concerned about airport nose, but that was not a problem. Hope to be back soon...

My brother, parents and children all gathered here from Washington. It was the perfect family reunion. We had room to stretch out, yet the downstairs was perfect for entertaining. We could gather around and have plenty of room. I've never seen a see through fireplace. How beautiful. The Hawaiian decor was wonderful. At first we were concerned about the neighbors, fearing it was a bad area....no, it wasn't, just a LOCAL area with the not so nice Hawaiian homes. The neighbors were all friendly and made us feel so welcome. The home is truly a very expensive home and really the mansion in the area. Our children went snorkeling right out front and boogie boarding was so fun. We drove to the best Luau that the owner recommended at PCC and it was worth the drive. Next time we will check out sharks cove as well. Most beaches were crowded with hundreds of tourist, we were not. Just a few local kids and us. Was nice having it to ourselves. The rain canal next to the house was cleaned during our stay. What a production. Got to see the city workers in action. We even filmed it. The workers were so nice and friendly. The bulldozer they used was amazing in pushing out the sand plug in the canal. There was only clean water from the ocean flowing into the canal. We have returned and recommended this home to our friends. It is the best deal on this side of the island. IF you want a new luxury home on the beach and no crowds, no public beach access here, come to this home. You won't be disappointed.

Three couples and our three small children booked this house for a once in a lifetime vacation in Hawaii. We were so glad that we chose this home. It was so nice and new. Fully stocked and very nicely decorated. We felt right at home. What wonderful friendly neighbors. We could leave the many french doors open and experience the cool breezes. We could go out for the day and then return home to a warm house because it was closed up. But within minutes of airing out, it was cool. Love the master suite it's a five star experience. The double sinks and the walk in closet were great. We had more than enough storage for everything. Thanks for letting us know you have hair dryers at the house. Just stepping outside we could go into the ocean, or walk the sandy beach. So wonderful. The moon on the waves were like silver spears from heaven. The sunrise and sunset were beautiful. We were there long enough to sea a seal bathing at the beach. The kids had such fun. Thanks for the nice pack n Play and the high chair. The only thing I didn't really like was the ugly neighbors houses--sorry to say I wish they kept their houses as nice as this one. But I learned that's the locals. We felt safe and we were private with an 8 foot lava rock wall and gate out front. There was NO street parking. The locals have too many cars and no garages. This aside, we certainly would return! Our good fortune was for all six of my children and one grandchild to go to Hawaii. We wanted a spacious place in which we could all stay and yet be together. This house was perfect for the family. Very well stocked and wonderful views. We could fall asleep to the waves and moon light. It was perfect. The locals that lived around us were so nice and welcoming. They sure didn't have very nice houses! But that's typical Hawaii. This beach home is such wonderful luxury and so roomy. We could go all over the island and then know we could come home to relax and unwind. My granddaughter is only 1yr old and she had such fun at the beach. Thanks for the children toys and all of the snorkel gear. We had so much fun. Thanks to the beautiful home that made so many family memories. We love Hawaii and will be back again. This trip was a dream come true.

Magnificant HOME....wow! Perfect vacation

There were only 4 of this in this large home. We had more then enough room. The only real problem was who would get the master suite....we took turns. It was the most magnificant place. The french doors upstairs opened onto the beach and there were two sets. We even had a desk in the master suite, but who wants to work in Hawaii. We did have free wi-fi and long distance calls. It was so cold in Canada and this was the perfect weather for warming us up! We spent most of the time on the wonderful porches, up stairs and down. We could turn on music to the outside (just classical, nothing wild). Watching sunrise and sunset was great. We didn't even need the air conditioning this time of year. The subzero is really large. Loved the water, Victoria was right, water in Hawaii tastes so good. For those of you have never been to Hawaii, you should know that the average Hawaiian home is single wall construction, unlike this home. Our neighbors were very friendly locals...getting to know them was really fun. Loved going to the swap meet. It was the best place to buy Hawaiian decor. In fact the house is filled with Hawaiian. What can be said about a million dollar home that really is....it is so beautiful. No worries about safety, no one trespassed to the beach. Guess the kids were in school. This home was the perfect base for us. We could get around very easy and do all of the tourist things. Just wish we had more time. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation.

My brother, his wife, baby and my both of my parents went. We were glad to leave the cold state of Washington. We couldn't have asked for more of a designer home. The place is beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked and provided for a great gathering place. Victoria was so gracious and friendly, full of advice. Glad she warned us about the neighbors houses, yes, the were LOCAL. The families were wonderful. My parents really loved having their own bedroom with it's own bath - and downstairs. This house has it all, including Bose surround even outside. We didn't know how to work have of the stuff. If you are look for a well-priced (compared to some for 1500 per night) this is it. Loved the beach and most of all sitting outside on the porches. We were at the home from the end of December into January and it was so much fun on New Years. Firecrackers everywhere. The neighbors even came over to celebrate with us (we invited them) Hope to come back again

We rented the house for a week. The house was spacious, luxurious and clean. Plenty of beds for everyone. Beautiful ocean view from the master bath. If you are travelling with a family this is the perfect lodging. We love this house and will stay again!

Rented this house for a month. For the most part a very good experience. Local property management on the island was as responsive as possible. Only issues were cleanliness which may just be a product of the location, on the water. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. We had up to 8 adults at one time with no problems and room for each of us to have our own space. Location on the beach was ideal for small children and adults alike. House is 4 years old with some minor repairs needed. All in all I would rent the same house again with a few understandings going in to the agreement.

Owner response:We have new management and a new cleaning crew and the place sparkels! Give us another try. Repairs are constantly being made to the home. The new manager is very good with construciton/repairs
