This is not just a vacation rental, It is our HOME-AWAY-FROM-HOME and is equipped and furnished for those who desire much more then a typical vacation rental. It's a non smoking, partial oceanview, dual air conditioned, 750 square foot, second floor, one bedroom, one bath, newly remodeled luxury condominium. It is 5 minutes north of the airport between Lihue and Wailua/Kapaa and central to everything on the island.
Our condo is very upscale including hand varnished wood doors, new kitchen and granite counters new appliances and furniture. It is the nicest condominium rental on the island and at a magnificant beachfront resort. The beach is two building and 200 yards from your door.
We provide extras, 600 thread count sheets, thick spa towels, the island's daily newspaper, a sewing kit, first aid kit, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, fascial tissue, cleaning suppiles, 4 beach towels, 4 beach chairs, 4 beach mats a couple of small soaps and shampoo's and some office supplies and cushioned lanai furniture.
We have even included a condiment drawer for your use with coffee creamer, salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, mayo, relish, soy sauce, sugar, sweet and low and more.
Our condominium is Non-Smoking of anything. This means No Smokers. If you smoke at all, plan to smoke on the Lanai or outside, please do not contact us.
We did a $75,000 interior remodel last year with all new Berber carpeting, Italian tile floors, new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, appliances, and tiled bath and shower. Digital cable TV is in the living room with 39 extra channels and regular cable TV in the bedroom. High speed cable internet is available for $25 a week or $75 a month with your own computer. There is a seperate work/vanity/dressing area with a desk with wall and full length mirorrs, triple vanity light, phone and computer hook up. An armiore with hanging closet and two drawers is also there for additional dresser and closet space seperate from the bedroom.

Located on the property is the Hilton Beach Hotel which shares this luxury oceanfront property, surrounded by exotic lagoons and waterfalls with enchanting native foliage on a three mile long beach with beautiful sunrises. The Hilton has a $15 a day resort fee to use it's facilities. It is right next to the world famous Wilua publuc golf course.
The central location lets you see all of the island easily. It is five minutes north of the airport and just 30 minutes from Poipu and Princeville. The Island's biggest towns of Lihu'e and Kapa'a are only seven minutes away and offer the widest variety and best shopping, groceries, and restaurants.
Kauai also has thousands of chickens and roosters all over the island, caused by the last hurricane. They make noise, sometimes as early as 3 or 4 in the morning. There is nothing that can be done about this, it is part of the island experience.
PAYMENT TERMS and information.
Full name, address, phone and email address must be furnished at time of booking.
A $150 security deposit is required for every week of rental.
Full Payment is due if reserved within 2 months of rental date.
A 50% deposit of rental is due at the time of Kauai condo rental reservation; if more then two months beyond the rental date, by Check or Money Order.
The full balance due two months prior to the arrival date.
The security deposit is due at the time of balance payment.
A $40 per week rented handling fee is charged for payments made via credit card Visa or MasterCard, wire transfer or through Paypal.
Any international conversion costs will be added to the total.
The daily or weekly rates are for 2 people. Additional people (up to 2) are $10 per night per person.
Holiday times, December 15 - Jan 5 are $20 a night more.
Check in is easy. Go to the condo from the airport. Two keys are at the door in an lockbox. Housekeeping will have prepared the condo for your arrival. Check out is by 10 AM and just leave the keys in the unit for housekeeping to pick up at cleaning and return to the management company office. There is no late check out allowed. The cost for a late check out reserved in advance of stay it is a full night rent. If the condo is not rented for your check out date by 3 PM of your last night the cost of a late check out is half a night. This can be requested any time but not guaranteed before 3 PM the night before check out and must be paid by credit card at time of late check out confirmation.
Date changes subject to availability, with 60 days'or more advance notice are allowed at at $100 charge per change. Within 60 days changes are allowed at these costs:
60 to 45 days' - 1 night rental
44 to 30 days' - 2 nights rental
30 to 7 days' - 3 nights rental or 50% of rental total, whichever is greater
7 nights or less - no changes permitted or refunds
We recommend everyone purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation.

The famous Wailua public golf course is next door. You walk along it on the secluded 3 mile beach.

- Kid Friendly: We have a queen sofa bed. The resort has pool and jucuzzi and tennis courts. The location is 5 minutes from the nicest public playground and swimming and snorkeling beach. It's 7 minutes each way between the two biggest towns with movies.

Wow, what a great condo to stay in, just s perfect, beautiful and ideally located for touring. We stayed in Kapaa last time at Pono Kai and they cheap dumps, dirty, run down & no A/C. Now we are in a palace, so clean, well appointed, attention to detail, the doors, the 600 thread count sheets, all the extras, just so nice. The two A/C units really make it nice. Your guide book was very helpful, we tried many recommendations and you were never off. Pau Hana, Cafe Coco, Hamaras (the pie!!!) and the fine restuarants Gaylords, Coconuts great. The Botanical gardens were magnificant. It was our 25th aniversary and may be the 25 year highlight to all our travels. The place you stay makes such a big difference to any trip and you have provided an eleganant and romantic villa we will never forget. Mahalo
