The Clubhouse features a swimming pool (three lane, Olympic-size), ten person jacuzzi, nautilus center, pool tables, game room, 50 person movie theater (movies play continuously). An outdoor grilling/picnic area, is offered next to children's gym and sand play area. Outdoor tennis courts and half court basketball courts are also available.
On the "quiet side" of the building, this condo has a screened lanai with table and chairs. Located two miles south of 4.5 mile marker, on Highway 192, it is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and Disney Attractions. Licensed by state, owner/broker.
