Enjoy the beautiful and historic Lowcountry of South Carolina on Fripp Island. Our house is a classic Fripp Island home recently updated and centrally located on Marlin Drive near the Dolphin intersection and just one street from the beach at all tides. We have recently redecorated the main living areas with new furniture, fun artwork, flat screen TV, and cozy updates. Come check it out!

Folks who have stayed at the house describe it as the "perfect beach house." An older home, but incredibly comfortable and homey with a very functional floor plan. This house is clean and fresh. Pictures do not do it justice!

To get to the beach, walk or ride on our included golf cart across the street, take a right and through the dunes will get you to Fripp's beautiful beach and sandbars. Our beach access takes you to a wide part of the beach with sandbars and extensive tidal pools. To access the beach without hiking, a short 5 min golf cart ride will take you to the Rock Beauty level beach access...no stairs or dunes to cross.

Also, enjoy beautiful Ocean Point Golf Course views from the back deck!

This house has a great floor plan for your family. Everyone has their own bathroom and the two family rooms allow kids or sports fans watch whatever they want on their own TV. Enjoy views of the golf course, golfers, and deer from the back deck which overlooks picturesque Ocean Point golf course on Tee #6. Bird- and people-watch from the front screened porch off the main living area. Enjoy watching our own little deer family who lives in the front and back yards.

Sleeping accommodations in this comfortable house include 3 bedrooms upstairs: 1 King in the Master suite, 1 Queen in the front bedroom, 2 Full Beds in the back bedroom; 2 bedrooms downstairs: each with 2 Twins. All beds are dressed with high quality sheets and comforters and lots of pillows. Enjoy 2 full baths upstairs and 2 full baths downstairs. All rooms have enough floor space for a pack-and-play or for children who like to camp out on the floor in their parents' (or grandparents') bedroom.

This house is ideal for golf groups or those with children. Lots of open floor space and "safe" furniture (no glass) allows children of all ages to spread out and play without getting underfoot. The bedrooms are tucked away from the living area to give you a chance to put the kids to bed and parents can enjoy some "adult time" on the screened porch or living room without worrying about waking up the kids.

A large living area is located on each floor, each equipped with a TV/DVD/VCR. The main living area upstairs is large enough for everyone to gather to watch movies, play games, etc. The dining room, connected to the main living area, seats 8, and a separate dinette/game/puzzle table seats 6 people. Cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen or grill out over charcoal on the private back deck.

Wireless High Speed Internet access allows our guests to stay connected to the office or home while away.

We have covered parking for 2 cars, and driveway parking for more. You'll also enjoy a 4-person golf cart ($450 value-weekly rental) included in the rental package; perfect for those jaunts around the island for wildlife viewing and sunset cruises.

Rent with no fear--we have reliable maintenance contracts and housekeeping services available in 24hrs or less to take care of anything you might need.

Access to the island's pools, restaurants, marina, golf courses, and shopping is just a minute's golf cart ride away. 4 Amenities Cards included ($200 value-weekly), with the option to purchase more if needed.

    • We have just returned from our second vacation at 738 Marlin. This home is comfortable, large and very well equipped. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We seated 13 for Thanksgiving dinner and there was plenty of room for everyone. This is our 9th time at Fripp, and 738 Marlin is our favorite home away from home!

    • This is the oldest home we have rented, and IT IS THE BEST!!! The layout of the home is amazing - lots of room for everyone to be comfortable. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. The kitchen is superbly furnished with everything you could imagine. We seated 12 for Thanksgiving, and it was very comfortable. The owners are great to work with. We were thrilled with our vacation at 738 Marlin!

    • The Marlin PAR-TEE house served as the perfect accommodations for our family of 8 adults & 4 children.     • The PAR-TEE House was a wonderful experience. This was our first trip to Fripp Island. There were 10 of us (2 families) and the house had plenty of space. The family room was very spacious. My husband and I really enjoyed the front screened porch. I can't wait to come back to Fripp Island.

    • Our family shared the Par-Tee house with another family in June, 2006. (4 adults and 6 kids) The house was all we expected and more. It is very large and accommodating. Two families can easily spread out and still have privacy. The house is centrally located on the island and very close to everything. It also has plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The Par Tee house is a great value. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

    • The PAR-TEE House experience for the Ross family was fabulous. The house layout is so spacious that even my large family felt very comfortably accomodated. The house is so perfectly located that the quick and easy access to all of the many diverse ammenities that are available gives you the sensation of always being beside your favorite activity while at the same time enjoying the serenity that its natural beauty and privacy provides. I would highly recommend The PAR-TEE House as your vacation paradise.
