This house has great lake access and with over 3500 square feet will easily sleep several families. The large deck overlooks the lake, and includes a screened-in portion also. The slope to the lake is gentle (unlike many on Herrington Lake) and there are steps to the water with a private dock where you can fish and swim.

The house is spacious and comfortable, recently built (less than 10 years ago), and well equipped with modern appliances. This is more than just a rough lake cabin, but rather is a nice place to stay for families and small and large groups. Features include all wood floors on the main level, new appliances, a large washer and dryer, a pool table, a three car garage, and more. The family room opens to the kitchen and has a big screen TV with DVD player and surround sound. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed, a Queen, a bunk bed with a full and a twin, and a daybed that can be arranged as two twins or a King bed. The house also includes a pack 'n play crib and is kid-friendly, with outlet plugs throughout the house.

The house is only 5 minutes from the Old Bridge golf course, and about 15 minutes to the Pinnacle Golf course. In addition, you will be only a few miles from Danville, and about 30 minutes from Lexington.

In case you have to stay connected while you are away, the house also includes wired internet access with Alltel premium DSL (3Mbs/384Kbps) and an outlet in every bedroom, and wireless access in case you need to check email from the deck. You can also use a small laser printer during your stay.
