Why the Owner Chose St. George
St. George has great weather and we enjoy the golfing, hiking and biking here. There are 11 great golf courses in town. There is also Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park and Pine Valley all within an hours drive. The Tuacahn amphitheatre is ten minutes away and is great for broadway shows and live music. Las Vegas is a short 1 hour and 45 minute drive away and there is even a $29.95 shuttle from the Vegas airport to St. George.

Secure gated community on the Sunbrook Golf Course. Main floor fully handicapped accesible unit with internet access and cable tv. Nicely furnished with a king in the master and a queen in the two other bedrooms. Patio with gas grill and deck furniture, two minute walk to pool and hot tub area.
The Blackrock development is located on the Sunbrook Golf Course. My condo, #96 is a main floor unit.

This condo was very nice and spacious. Extremely clean and well kept. Nice location close to all attractions.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

My family has stayed here twice. Both times we found the condo to be clean, very quiet and well equipped. The wifi worked great, important for my online college courses. I love the large soaker tub in the master bath. We also enjoyed the gas grill and eating out on the patio. Beautiful pool and landscaping at Blackrock. It is close to Snow Canyon which was great for day hikes.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.
