Villa St Vincent is situated on the exclusive Solana Community in Davenport. Our villa is now available for rental. The Solana community incorporates a walled perimeter with gated entrance for enhanced security. It also features a clubhouse withpool table, snack bar/cyber cafe, with internet access and wireless access in the lounge area (small fee charged). Outside is a communal pool/ kids pool and spa, sand volleyball, gym and sports facilities. Available is a DVD rental service.

The community is located in the 'Golden Triangle', situated on the SR27, between the '192' and the I4 Freeway. The community is situated 15 minutes from the Disney attractions and the shopping areas on the '192'. Slightly further up the 'I4' is Universal Studios and Sea World as well as many further shopping malls.

The villa itself consists of 5 Bedrooms; 2 having en suites. Master bedroom #1 has a 'King sized' bed, with an en suite that features a large 'tub' bath, large shower area, and twin sinks. Master Bedroom #2 has a 'Queen-sized' bed with en suite facilities. The remaining 3 bedrooms are 1 double and 2 twin beds. There are also 2 further family bathrooms.

The villa sleeps a maximum of twelve people. It has a large Family Area and there is also a separate Dining Room which comfortably seats eight. There is also a seperate Games Room with Xbox, Pool Table, Air hockey and Electronic Darts. The villa comes fully equipped for all your needs, including free use of stroller, cot,stair gate, baby alarm and highchair.

From the Kitchen/ Breakfast Area, double doors lead out to a covered lanai and the extended deck area around our large private pool. Attached to one end of this is a raised Spa . These can be heated for the cooler months(additional charges apply). The pool area itself is protected by child safety fencing for added safety. There is ample pool side furniture and an electric BBQ is also provided. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout.

  • Nine of us stayed for three weeks and never got in each others way as there is so much space. Games room and pool proved a great success with the 5 children and even the male adults got involved. The villa is well situated with Disney being about 20 mins away and the other attractions not much further. We would recommend this villa to anybody wishing a fun filled time in Florida.
