My unit is a 1 bedroom on the third floor in the Riverside Building that faces the Frazier Valley and Gore Range. Breathtaking views/vistas await! Imagine drinking your morning coffee on the deck. You can't beat the location of Zephyr and this unit. You step out the door and fall onto the lift and the pedestrian village.
This unit is furnished with linens and liquid soaps/lotions but doesn't offer daily maid service nor daily trash removal. I send you they key and you go directly to your unit and you do not have to hassle with checking in with the front desk.
Dining, shop ~ Quintessential Mountain Luxury: Elegant Mountain Furnishings (leather & oak) and fully equipped for comfort and luxury.

Carol was so wonderful to communicate with and the Bogo coupons she got for us sweetened the stay even more. The condo had everything we needed and came stocked with extras like olive oil, hot chocoate, seasonings and oatmeal. We've found our new home away from home in the Rockies and hope to come back again soon.

This is an excellent condo. I was convient to the slopes. The condo was well equiped with all the condiments you needed. The inside was clean and the furniture was awesome. The owner is the best person I have ever worked with renting a condo. The price for the condo was very reasonable. I would definitely reccommend this condo for anyone who is looking to have a memorable vacation on the slopes.

My wife and I were looking to take a short little ski vacation and wanted ski-in/ski-out lodging so we would not have to be dragging equipment all over the place. The Zephyr is located right next to the slopes, lifts, restaurants, shops, and everything else we needed. This particular condo was great for the two of us and could have easily handled our two kids if we had brought them. The owner is very helpful with directions, keys, passes, and even discounted lift tickets. If we go back to Winter Park, we would definitely stay at this condo again.

The condo was very comfortable, just the right size for us, and was the best price from all the VRBO rentals listed. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary pots, pans, and utensils (the crock pot was a hit); there were plenty of towels, the bed was very comfortable and the view from the front window beautiful. The ski locker was just right for our skis and poles. We took the train from Denver to WP and the free shuttle provided to the lodge guests was perfect. The owner was VERY helpful and answered all my questions and the BOGO coupons she provided were wonderful. I would recommend staying here. We will definitely will be returning. Thanks again Carol for all you did for us.

We could not ask for a better rental! The unit was clean and had everything a skier could want: 30' from the lift and the ticket office, had a nice kitchen (no need to spend $ on going out), a large ski locker, heated underground parking. The owner was very helpful and told us how to save a lot of $ on lift tickets. I will definitely rent this unit again if I end up at Winter Park!

Hi. We stayed in this condo in February 2007 and thought it was very nice. Although it's not extremely large, it did have all of the amenities we we're looking for and was in a great location.
