This two-bedroom, two-bath villa is a single unit, built in 2005, 1600 square-foot, open floor plan in a gated, quiet community on an active public golf course.
The villa is beautifully furnished in a bright, yet tropical Florida-style, which overlooks a large pond next to the 15th hole of Diamond Hill Golf Course. The villa is a one story (ranch-type) single building with ceramic tile, carpeting, and a two car garage. Lush tropical landscaping and plantings present year-round color. The private lanai view presents spectacular sunsets. The lanai is screened and is accessible through sliding doors from the living room. On the lanai is an in-ground spa (hot tub)for your private use to help you relax and enjoy your stay.
The floor plan consists of a sensational great room area (living room, with a queen-size sleeper sofa, kitchen, dinette and lanai). The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen. The master bedroom (with king-size bed) has a walk-in wardrobe, en suite bathroom with shower, and vanity unit with two basins. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and is adjacent to the bathroom with a bath, shower, and vanity unit with basin. The Den (with a queen-size sleeper sofa) has double doors. The open area kitchen with plenty of corian counter top workspace and cupboards, has an island, eat-in area with lots of windows, is a fully equipment modern kitchen with electric range, refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a washer and dryer. All linen, kitchen tools and tableware, and towels for your convenience are supplied.
The villa has central air conditioning with ceiling fans. The villa sleeps up to eight (with sofa sleepers).
The Community Center, within walking distance, has an Olympic size swimming pool, exercise room, tennis court and playground.
The sociable Diamond Hill Golf Course is a beautiful, 18 hole public golf course with rates ranging from approx $22 on weekdays to $38 on weekends, including golf cart.

Excellent rental home - beautifully furnished 2 bedroom home in gated community on golf course. Close to major highways for easy transportation. Nice living room with flat screen TV. Everything about the rental went smoothly with great communication from owners.
