I really loved the location and view of the condo. Hot water, great bed, large closets, and a full kitchen! My feedback was in the details! WiFi was tricky to access, Washing machine knob is broken, the dryer sounds like a freight train and is on its last leg, and the microwave handle is broken but it still works! The French Press was a pleasant surprise and a huge hit! Other places I've stayed have had basic assortments of spices for cooking.....didn't see any so I bought some for breakfast and dinner! Overall very nice and beachy feel that I would do again any time !

Accommodations

I have stayed in this building in the past and love the location, the building and amenities. However, the unit we rented this time did not leave me yearning to stay but to get back to my own home. The unit is dated, the linens and bedding is far from acceptable. A bed should be inviting, instead this was comparable to camping out. While the master bed collapsed the first night and the master toilet was leaking upon arrival, the management was quick to respond and rectify the issues. My recommendation, spend a little money on updates especially bedding, sheets, additional blankets (they should not be worn with holes) and towels. While the rest of the condo is also dated, it can be overlooked with focusing on the other things I have mentioned. I’m a realtor and rent out property for my investors on short term basis and I would tell my clients the same thing. We will definitely be back to stay at this building, just not at this unit. Sorry.

Nice condo , ,clean & well Organized Patio chairs old,rusted one leg of one chair broke .needs replacement. Quality rating. Okay at best Service Called 3 times to Get parking pass
