This adorable unit is located in the beautiful Sunset Beach neighborhood of Treasure Island, Florida. Located just 200 feet from the white sandy beaches and breathtaking sunsets of Treasure Island, we call it the "Lighthouse" because it’s a beacon you’ll want to return to again and again!
The "Captain’s Quarters" has a comfortable queen-size pillow top bed, a second television, and a fifteen pane door to the private upper balcony. From there you can go down the rear stairs to a secluded back yard.
There’s a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate two more guests. The kitchen includes a washer-dryer, and there’s a tub/shower in the bath. This unit is cozy, but it includes all the amenities you’ll need for a relaxing vacation.
Whether you prefer a quaint little beach restaurant or something more upscale, dining, dancing, and live music are all within walking distance. John’s Pass Village, Clearwater Beach, and downtown St. Petersburg can be reached by trolley. Tampa Airport is 30 minutes away and Disney World, Sea World, and Universal are less than two hours away. This area boasts a wealth of top notch activities and attractions. You can play a world class golf course, sail or fish the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico, go to a major league football/baseball/ice hockey game, ride Sheikra and Montu at Busch Gardens and catch a top name concert all in the same week. Or you could just relax and soak up the sun on our uncrowded beaches. Whichever you choose, we know you’ll choose to return again and again!

This unit is great. It was very clean, well decorated and had everything you'd want for a leisure vacation home. The walk to the beach was a few minutes. The beach is fantastic. The cottage location is on a quiet side street. Their is a private parking spot. Each room had AC and a ceiling fan. The washer Dryer was a plus. There were plenty of pots and pans and a full compliment of dinning ware. There is cable and an internet connection. ( I did have to bring my own Wifi, but otherwise the high-speed hookup was there.) If we were ever to vacation on Sunset Beach again, we would rent this unit. Thanks Margie!
