Enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise from the large Oceanfront wrap around deck or simply sit back and enjoy the views from the comfort of the livingroom that awaits you at the Golden Nugget!! Take in all the beautiful Atlantic Ocean has to offer, including the lulling sounds of the waves as they greet the Award Winning sandy beaches of Southern Delaware, all at a very affordable price! This home is ideal for families! Enjoy the beach or watch the dolphins swim and play... the choice is yours. The large picnic table on the deck is ideal for family breakfast, lunches, or dinners.

This Oceanfront Single Family Home has been completely renovated, tastefully decorated, and features four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Bedding includes one Queensize bed, three Double beds, and one bunkbed. The livingroom couch is also a fullsize foldout. It also has an outside shower located on the beach level next to the private beach stairs. There are three TV's (one large w/surround sound), two VCR's, and one DVD player for rainy day convenience. Stay connected with WIFI (Wireless high speed internet service) and "surf" the web from the deck. The home is extremely well maintained, and completely stocked with plates, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and loads of other cooking utensils for your convenience. Also provided is a gas grill.

Crabs on the deck are one of many big favorites of our guests! Surf fish, walk to Fenwick Island State Park, enjoy Sunrise and Sunsets on the large wrap around deck, or just relax on the beach. Breathtaking views await you. Parking for five in the driveway.

To reserve the week of your choice, a signed Rental Agreement and one half of the weekly rate must be recieved. The balance of the weekly rate, the Damage Deposit, and the Town of South Bethany Rental Tax would be due two months prior to check in.
