The unit is 33% larger than than a standard 1 bedroom unit. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION - walk 200 steps to the gondola.
This condo sleeps 6 with 2 baths!! and is only a few steps from the NEW GONDOLA!!! New leather recliner and sofa sleeper, flat screen TVs.
This unit is on the first floor with direct access to the wonderful out doors right through the patio doors. No elevators and no hassle.
I also have a 2b/2b unit on the south side of Redhawk Lodge - ask me for details - the 2b/2b unit looks at the gondola. it's stunning - ask me about it.
It is really a wonderful location. My unit faces east toward the townhomes and is extremely quiet. This unit has a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen Sleeper Sofa and Murphy Bed in the living room. That's right SLEEPS SIX and has TWO BATHS all for the one bedroom price.
And you can't beat this location!!! We're just off the pedestrian village and we don't have noisy parking lots near us. We have a private entrance and Red Hawk is in the quietest location of all of River Run.
After skiing, come back and enjoy the hot tub, the year round heated swimming pool and the wonderful steam room. The building has a family gathering lobby complete with pool table and TV and even a wet bar. It is truly wonderful. The kids will have so much fun!!
We also have heated ski lockers on the main floor & laundry facilities are located in the same wing.
This is our home away from home, and we love the serenity and ideal location it provides us. We've made great memories; and we hope you will too!!
Don't forget, this unit is larger than most one bedrooms - our condo is 750 square feet (500 is average) and you get what you need most... an extra bathroom for the one bedroom price!! Yes that's right! TWO BATHS FOR THE PRICE OF ONE!!
I ALSO HAVE A STUDIO UNIT IN RIVER RUN, IN SILVERMILL. PLEASE ASK FOR AVAILABILITY. IT IS LESS EXPENSIVE AND IS A GORGEOUS UNIT. SLEEPS 4.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Cancellations: No refunds for less than 30 days notice. Full refund if cancelled 60 days prior to stay. 1/2 if before 30 days. If you're travelling in the winter - you might think about trip insurance.
* Damage Deposit: $200 is also required - which will be returned after check out minus any damage or missing items.

This condo is GREAT the location and layout is FUN. We were able to live in the resort of Keystone for 4 days in September and we are lookig forward to staying in this condo again. The view, dining and biking are right there. We parked our car and walked or biked everywhere. Thanks for renting such a nice place. Scotto
