We have taken great care in selecting everything in our villa to make it a top class home, and will be spending lots of enchanting times there. We will be using our vacation home regularly, and are happy to share it with guests who are looking for a really high quality property in which to make their Disney dreams come true.

We wanted to make our property really special as we had a massive corner plot of over one-quarter of an acre on which to build our villa, located on the upscale development of Orange Tree. We extended the pool decking area by an extra seventeen feet in length and three feet in width to give extra space to relax around the pool on the comfortable loungers. The pool is extra large, 31 feet by 15 feet and the spa is a lovely place in which to put your feet up after a long day in the parks. The screening covering the pool ensures a bug free environment! What better way to relax than to sit by our superb south east facing pool and spa, looking out onto conservation area and lake, while watching the children play happily in the pool.

Then, when the sun sets, turn on the underwater pool and spa lighting and sit and watch the Disney firework display in the distance, makes it an enchanting way to end the day! Its Magical!

The villa we chose to have built is 3105 square feet of living space. This gives five luxurious, large bedrooms, three of which are en-suite which makes this accommodation ideal for three couples and their children, or two couples, children, and the grandparents. All the bedrooms have cable TV, hairdryers, and clock radios in the three master bedrooms.

On entering the villa there is a comfortable seating area with a sofa bed, and looking to the left is the more formal elegant dining area with seating for six. This gives enough room to have 'time out' from the rest of the group, and yet the whole villa is designed on an open plan, with socialising in mind.

The archway leads to the breakfast nook (with patio doors leading to the pool) and the open plan kitchen, which has a casual table seating four plus two barstools. There are also two highchairs for the little ones. The kitchen is well equipped, not forgetting the essential corkscrew! The utility is a separate room located off the kitchen to keep utilities tidy!

The kitchen/nook area is adjacent to the family room, with its overstuffed furniture, Cable TV, PlayStation II with two controllers plus several games and an overhead fan. Also has a fantastic view of the pool through the patio doors.

The Master Bedroom accommodates a King-size bed and there is a lovely view through the patio doors to the pool. (This may be useful for keeping an eye on the children, if you feel like a lie down or watch TV whilst they play.) We have fitted a ceiling fan for a little extra breeze on those really hot days. There is a large walk-in closet with security safe, leading to the exquisite en-suite bathroom with a large corner shower, bathtub, two separate hand basins both with mirrors and Hollywood-style lighting above and mirrored wall medicine cabinets, a private enclosed water closet, and a hair dryer.

The Second Master Bedroom has a King-Size bed and also has its own en-suite bathroom containing large shower, vanity sink with Hollywood style mirror, wall cabinet, and water closet. This bedroom is also large enough to accommodate a cot if needed, with Cable TV and clock radio.

The Third Master Bedroom has Queen bed which is five feet wide, and access to its own bathroom containing large shower, vanity sink with Hollywood style mirror, wall cabinet, water closet, and shower. This bathroom has direct access to the pool. It has its own cable TV and clock radio.

There are Two further Twin Bedrooms each accommodating two single beds with a shared bathroom, containing bath, with shower over, hand basin, wall cabinet, and water closet. They both have plenty of storage space and cable TV.

The superb game room with a Disney theme contains a slate bed pool table, an air hockey table, and a selection of books and toys to keep the younger guests happy, plus an overhead fan to provide a welcome breeze.

Situated on the upmarket development of Orange Tree our absolutely stunning vacation home is only ten minutes easy drive from Disney and only minutes away from several championship golf courses. Surrounded by orange groves, it is a perfect place to stay; you can even pick the oranges when they are in season. Close by are nature and cycling trails, boating, cycling, hot air balloon or helicopter rides, shopping, places to eat and much more. Or visit Lake Louisa, state national park close by; it makes a welcome break from the bustle of the theme parks.
