We invite you to stay in our luxury golf villa located in a quiet cul-de-sac only steps from the ninth fairway of the world famous Troon Monument Golf Course. FREE PERSONAL CHEF TO ANY GUESTS THAT BOOK FOR 1 month in high season based on the full rack rate price.
This villa offers resort-style living for all guests, we are 30 steps from the luxurious heated pool, jacuzzi, and fully equipped fitness center. A short five minute walk will bring you to the 37,000 square foot Troon Clubhouse which offers fine dining with amazing views in addition to world-class golf!
Our villa is beautifully furnished and includes everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Large gourmet kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, Nintendo 64 (for the kids), DVD player, high speed internet, etc. The house is one level (1675 square feet) with two large bedrooms located on opposite sides of the house for optimum privacy, each has its own bathroom with oversized tub and large showers with glass enclosures. Also features a private balcony with patio furniture, and two-car garage.
All guests have the option to hire our Personal Assistant and Private Gourmet Chef. Services offered: Prepare meals or cater dinner parties, grocery shopping or errand running, chauffeur service, schedule massages, or tee times (additional fees apply). $200 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee. No Pets. No Smoking.
