Beautiful Victorian in the heart of Lincoln Park, one of Chicago's most desirable neighborhoods. Hardwood floors, rehabbed condominium, but lots of original wood work detail as well. Safe neighborhood, on a quiet street. Provide "free" visitor parking permits. Easy Parking, six minutes walk from public transportation - CTA (near Fullerton Train Station - Red or Brown line).

Features 3 "Independent Fully Furnished" units in same building. Unit 1 & 2 is the same cover area, except 1st floor has more living space. Unit 3 is slightly smaller.

Unit 1 - 1st Floor - 3 bedrooms:
Master Bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds & 3rd bedrooms has a queen size bed, a living room which has a comfortable full size pull-out couch, dining room, fully functional kitchen & 1 bathroom. Max occupancy 6 - 7.

Unit 2 - 2nd floor - 3 bedrooms, 1 den:
There is a queen-size bed in each bedroom, a full futon bed in the den, a living room, dining room, fully functional kitchen and 1 bathroom. Max occupancy 7 - 8.

Unit 3 - Lower Floor - 2 bedrooms:
There is a queen-size bed in each bedroom, a living room which has a comfortable full size pull-out couch, dining room, fully functional kitchen and 1 bathroom. Max occupancy 4 - 5.

All units may be rented together for large gatherings of upto 20 people.

Can be used as a corporate house or a place to vacation at with all the comforts of home. Perfect to host graduation / wedding / anniversary / re-union & business convention groups.


Security Deposit: $200, will be returned one day after the departure of guest.

IL Tourism taxes and other charges also apply. Rates depend upon # of people staying and the season. Rates are subject to change untill reservation is confirmed.

Our recent stay last week at Unit 1F on Draper St exceeded our expectations with ample living space, comfortable beds and all the "extras" like bath essentials and stocked kitchen cabinets w/condiments etc. The neighborhood was AWESOME with quiet streets that were close to everything! We had a very short walk to a great playground, Starbucks and the local grocer--Dominicks. The free parking permits you gave allowed us to avoid parking fees that most owners charge! It was a very short drive to Lake Shore Dr,Navy Pier and downtown as well. I can't say enough about your property!   • My family came into town for my PhD Convocation from the University of Chicago. The 6 of us fit snugly into the very clean and comfortable place. Could have stayed in separate hotel rooms but then we'd have missed the bonding experience! Having a fully stocked kitchen sure helped save time and money. It was only 15 minutes to the loop by El and less than an hour to either airport by cab or train. Everyone had a great weekend!

  • We loved our stay in Chicago. This house was really nice. It was central to lots of attractions and an easy walk to Chicago's transportation system. It has 4 bedroom but one bathroom. The one bathroom was a challenge but we made it work. The house is clean and nicely decorated. We definately would stay here next time we are in Chicago.

  • Our family was in chicago for my son's wedding. We stayed in unit 1 and unit 3. The location was perfect. Reima was very accomadating in anything that we needed. The units were great for our large family. Even the chairs outside of the lower unit came in handy. The units had everything we could need. The street is a very quiet and people were very friendly. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

  • Reima, We had a wonderful time in your rental home on Draper St. Everything was so convenient, we almost did't need to rent a car. The apartment was so spacious and the neighborhood was great!! I had taken a couple of chicago newbies and they absolutely loved it. The park at the corner was great for my little neice and nephew they enjoyed it.
