The good news: The facilities (pool, docks) of Parkview are nice, as is their staff. The location is great. The bad news: I stayed here for a girl's weekend this year. We wanted something nice, as we're 30 year old women and aren't looking for a party house. Please note, that this condo doesn't really look like it's pictures! It is NOT professionally decorated, and it does NOT sleep 12-14! There are hinges missing from the dresser, the lamps don't have lampshades, the sheets are torn. The carpet looks like a frat house. The overall cleanliness of the house is okay (minus carpet), just don't look under couch cushions! The pull out couch upstairs in the loft does NOT pull out!!! It doesn't clear the wall! The air mattress deflates within five minutes (I'm not exaggerating). We thought we'd sleep 10 comfortably, after all, it does say sleeps 14, but we had 10 and two ppl were on couchs. Property manager was not apologetic of our issue. Needless to say, I would never stay in any property managed by this company again.
