My family and I spent a week at this wonderful condo. It is in a nice location. Very quiet neighborhood will great views of the rockies.

My wife and I stayed at this fine townhome for a week in July, 2011. As other reviews state, its portrayal through website photos and write-ups is quite accurate. And the contractual matters prior to our arrival were handled in an expedient and professional manner by the owner. All electrical/mechanical equipment was in perfect working order. It was especially gratifying to find the cable TV and the high-speed wireless internet doing their job. Being residents of Phoenix we especially relished the ability to sit outside in the summer and enjoy the view and serenity from the balcony. It's quiet; you hardly realize there's a city out there. Something renters may not discover on their own: there is a delightful trail beginning at the north end of the development, which is about one-half mile in length, ending at Quail Lake, which itself has a one-mile trail around it – an unbelievable country environment right there in the city! We would certainly stay at this townhome again; in fact, staying here would be a significant factor in drawing us to Colorado Springs again.

Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was at an ideal location. So close to many of the local attractions; Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. Also close to shopping and to restaurants.The condo was clean and we were made to feel at home. We used the kitchen a lot and it was well equipped. We liked having access to the attached garage. The pictures on the site describe the condo perfectly and the view from the balcony is amazing. Will definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone coming to Colorado Springs!!

We stayed stayed three nights and found this property to be very comfortable and very clean. Nice area, plenty of restaurants and other amenities, close to sightseeing and easy access to Interstate. Ample room for three people and split floor plan was great for teenager who likes his privacy. Secure property and we loved that when we got back at night we could pull straight into the garage and enter the condo through a secure and private entrance. The property is well represented by the website pictures and description, We had a problem with the management company, but once the owner got involved and took over everything ran very smooth. We very much enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again if we return to the Colorado Springs area.

nice home, not the greatest property manager

Three of us rented this vacation condo in early May for a girls' scrapbook weekend. The house itself was nice, the photos fairly represented the home's appearance and amenities. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well furnished and we had plenty of room to spread out and do all our crafts. The home was clean enough in most places, but certain areas were in dire need of a more thorough periodic cleaning. The carpet on the stairs leading up from the ground floor (the entire living space is on the second floor - something to be aware of before you arrive with several heavy craft suitcases apiece ...) was positively filthy in places, mainly from being a high-traffic area, but there were several carpet stains where things had been spilled and obviously never cleaned up. There was a place on one wall of the stairs where some liquid had been spilled down the wall and not wiped up. The walls and door frames were generally dirty with old dust, obviously had not been wiped down in some time. The kitchen was adequately clean, however, as were the toilet and sink areas, and there was no odor of any kind. I would caution anybody considering renting this condo that the management company is extremely inefficient and frustrating to deal with. When we originally inquired about the property, they were quick enough to respond and send us a copy of the rental agreement, but getting any kind of response from them after that was next to impossible. The rental agreement clearly states that the key code to the front door will be sent 6 days prior to the arrival date, but despite many emails and phone calls, the key code was not finally sent to me until the night before our date of arrival, in a short, surly email. The phone # they listed was not EVER answered, despite repeated attempts to reach someone that way. Perhaps the most telling indication of this company's ineptitude was the email I received exactly ONE MONTH after we rented the condo, providing the key code and all the helpful instructions about the house that we would have loved to have had before we arrived. As it turned out, since we received no instructions of any kind, we just had to figure things out for ourselves. Other vacation rentals I have stayed in provided a list of phone numbers for contacting the company should you have questions or any sort of emergency. In this condo - nothing. Even though the house itself was comfortable, I would not rent from this company again.

Owner response:The old property managers were fired for issues we had with them. We now manage the property personally to ensure everything works smoothly. Sorry for the trouble.

I wanted to thank you for our stay in the condo by the World Arena. It was very nice. I found it particularly gratifying to hear my family say "wow!" when they came in the door and took the tour of our new digs. We were very comfortable and the location was perfect!
