THE VIEW!!!
From the 8th floor lanai, you have an unobstructed view of the sparking waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Not one other building is visible—just you and the lapping waves, the frolicking dolphins, the sandy beach, and the spectacular sunsets!
THE CONDO!!!
This clean and airy 1,080 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was completely repainted, new carpeting, Plantation shutters throughout, and new furniture in January 2012.
The large master bedroom suite has a sliding patio door with screen to the lanai, a large walk-in closet with ample new shelving, rods and hooks, a comfortable king size bed, new bedroom furniture with ample drawer space, original artwork, comfortable chairs, bedside tables with lamps and clocks, and a linen closet with new linens, blankets, and towels for bed, bath, and beach. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and shower combination.
The open, spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to cook, bake, and entertain—dishes, utensils, glassware including wine and margarita glasses, blender, coffee maker, toaster, popcorn popper, combination microwave/convection oven, side by side refrigerator with cold filtered water in door, large island, and snack bar with stools.
The liiving room/dining room has a comfortable leather sofa with two reclining sides, leather reclining chair, great reading lamps on new side tables, and a matching entertainment console with TV, DVD player, and i-pod dock. The new oak dining table is large enough for six with a leaf to extend the seating to eight.
The second bedroom is large, with a king bed, beautiful new furniture, and a large closet. There is a walk in shower in the second bathroom.
WIFI is available and usable from every room in the condo.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!
This condo, at 7100 Sunset Way, is the very best location on the beach you could possibly want. Sunset Way is three blocks off busy Gulf Boulevard. It is quiet, free of traffic, and the location of terrific restaurants! Within two blocks are Woody’s, Oyster Shucker, Daiquiri Shak, Sloppy Pelican, and Paradise Grille. If you prefer to walk on the beach, there are a half dozen beach bars within a very short walk. You don’t even have to get in your car to experience great food and entertainment—and yet, when you are sitting on your lanai, you can’t hear a sound coming from the street or the restaurants! Perfect!
In addition to the restaurants mentioned above, there are at least a dozen more restaurants, located within easy walking distance on Gulf Boulevard--plus a Sweetbay grocery store and a Walgreens.
Historic Corey Avenue is a few blocks away with several unique shops, restaurants, the Beach Theater, and post office!
You couldn’t ask for a more ideal location!!!

We have rented in 5 different condos in the St. Pete Beach area and chose not to return to any until we found this gem. The condo itself is all that is described and more...the owners, who are extremely friendly and warm, have taken great pride in updating their unit and have provided quality furniture, luxurious bedding, and copious amenities, including a very well stocked kitchen, beach equipment, even an ipod dock; nothing was lacking. A carefully made "information book" welcomed us, providing details on the workings of the condo, places to visit, recommended restaurants, etc. The view from the master bedroom, kitchen, dining and living rooms is spectacular, the beach is wonderful, and the location quiet. The owners were only a phone call away if you had a question, and readily responded to any requests. The building is well maintained and we found the other owners to be extremely friendly and welcoming to renters, including visiting children. Its location off the main road provides for quiet and seclusion, so the beach is virtually yours, surrounded by lovely gardens created by the condo owners. The exercise room, pool and ping pong tables, shuffle board and tennis courts provide lots of choices for things to do. The building is conveniently located so you can walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops, or even drop a fishing line in the channel. We finally found a paradise we now consider our "home away from home" and look forward to returning for years to come.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
