2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, Oceanview Townhouse Condominium with One Car Garage in Sea Winds Condominiums.
You won't have to look any farther than our listing to make your vacation to St. Augustine Beach your best vacation ever! Reserve your trip now.
Sea Winds is unique on the beach. The complex offers a large pool and jacuzzi. The private boardwalk to the beach is just a minute away, and the pool is located just around the corner. We have one of the few townhouse units, and it offers 1240 sq ft with a two-story layout. The center of Historic St. Augustine is only a mile or so away, but we offer a peaceful retreat away from the hustle of the city's center.
When you want to go into the historic district make sure you park in the newly constructed (July 06) Historic Downtown Parking Facility. With over 1,200 parking spaces it is only two blocks away from all the historic attractions, shopping and restaurants.
Our unit is definitely one of the nicest on the beach. We completely renovated in December 2004, and we spared no expense so you would be comfortable during your stay with us. Comfort is what our unit is all about.
As you enter our unit, you'll find the utility room and the 1/2 bath tucked away on your right just inside the garage. All flooring in the downstairs is travertine. Our kitchen is next on your right and it has all the normal amenities. The dining room/living room area is next. I have to say that our couch and recliner chair may be the most comfortable ever! I know we'll have repeat guests just because you'll want to come back to the couch again. We have a new electric fireplace for those romantic moments, and outside the sliding doors are the patio (with nice table with seating for six), lagoon with fountain, and the pool/jacuzzi.
To the left of the kitchen is the stairway to the upstairs where the 2 bedrooms and other 2 baths are located. The Master bedroom is large, has plenty of closet space, and it has its own brand new, private balcony with a great view of the pool and an oceanview. The 2nd bedroom has a pull-out double twin bed (trundle bed). There is also a brand new sundeck/patio off this room.
This is a wonderful place to spend a weekend, week, or even months at a time. We have such a great time when we stay. I find it hard to even come home at all! We hope that you enjoy our unit as much as we do and we hope your first stay will be the first of many stays with us. We are very interested to hear your comments -good or bad, so please feel free to email them to us.
So whether your vacation plans are for relaxation or exciting adventures, Saint Augustine Beach has it all! We welcome you to be our guest and experience the fun! Don't waste any more time digging through a bunch of listings for outdated, expensive units -call today! We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Rates are subject to change without notice until bookings are completed. We always want to have guests, and we will not be beat on our rental rates on any comparable unit on the East Side of A1A on the beach. If you like our unit, please call us to discuss your stay - we will match any comparable price on any rental listing we can validate online - guaranteed!
We are open to last minute deals if our unit isn't already rented.

Townhouse is lovely and comfortable. Just steps from the beach where we were able to walk for miles every morning. It was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The only negative was the wi-fi did not work anywhere near the condo. Our mobile devices struggled to get both data and voice signals. Luckily I had a sprint modem so my husband could complete his work. We had a fantastic meal at amici's, mango mango, and watched the rose bowl at red frog and mctoads. Experience old st Augustine. It is fantastic!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.
Owner response: Our guests comfort is our #1 concern, and we can appreciate the need to stay connected during vacations. High-speed Wifi was installed in January and is available for all future guests!

After having some car troubles on the way down, we were more than ready to arrive at the condo. The description fit to a "t", we had such a great time during our stay. Very short walk to the beach every morning and it was not crowded at all, even saw dolphins one morning. Our stay went by too quickly, would definitely recommend this condo to others and hope to return again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Our Family & I had a wonderful stay at our Beautiful Seawinds Condo. We loved the Big Comfy Couch w/Recliners and wished we could find one just like it for our home in Live Oak. Didn't do much cooking due to wanting to experience all our favorite resturants like Salt Water Cowboys, The Oasis, The Conch House etc. But our daughter and her guest that came along with us enjoyed the pool the most they spent alot of time there each day. We loved the atmosphere all around inside our condo and outside. Everything there in St. Augustine is Beautiful from the landscaping to the beautiful sounds of the beach . We had alot of fun and we definately will be booking another wk next yr at Seawinds!!!!!!! EVERYTHING was wonderful and clean & decorated beautiful just like the photos .Thanks for making our vacation arrival so easy to check in and out with Terry she is an outstanding employee . Ed, GG, Cheyanne & HalieRecommended for: Families with teenagers.
Owner response: We'll be happy to have your family stay with us again next year! Thanks for coming and take care till then. Erik, Lisa, Elle & Raelyn

Our unit was clean, comfortable and roomy. Being just the 2 of us we were able to spread out all we wanted. The electric fireplace was a nice touch since we had a few cool nights during our stay. The complex manager, Terry, was very helpful and took care of our arriving after 11 PM with keys and map placed in the black mailbox at the Clubhouse/Office.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

Former St. Augustine residents. Needed a place for the family for Flagler College graduation. The perfect fit. For the price of a mid-range motel, we were able to enjoy separate bdrms & 3 baths, full kitchen, & laundry. Three people/ four days with daughter and her friends coming and going around the graduation activities. With the cleaning and agent fees spread over a longer stay, would have been an even better value. The "starter kit" from the rental committee with detergents, etc. is very useful for a short stay but I reccommend bringing some other basics like coffee filters & sugar, or some way to leave the extras for the next group. Overall; clean, convenient, and 100% as represented.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
Owner response: Keep in mind that there is a Publix supermarket one block south of our complex. All the basics are best picked up there for use during your stay. We do try to keep extra in the kitchen cabinets, so upon departure if you have extra basics you can leave them in the cabinets to the right of the microwave.

Thank you Erik & family for letting us stay in your wonderful condo! We have stayed at other units in Sea Winds over the past 12 years and we will definitely request yours again. Your pictures and description are exact and the recent rennovations to the property have made the surrounding areas even more beautiful. Since this was the first time my husband & I came to St. Augustine without our kids (now both in college) we were able to experience the city in a new way...as grown-ups! The weather this time of year was perfect for spending time on the beach without the oppressing heat of the summer, plus attractions & restaurants weren't overly crowded. We'll be keeping an eye on your availability calendar so we can plan another beach getaway!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. We especially liked the ground floor patio as well as the two balconies off the bedrooms upstairs. The size of the complex was not overwhelming, quite manageable, close to the beach and pool, very nice management personnel, and friendly neighbors. We love walking the beach every morning, and a very beautiful beach it is! We were spoiled, with good friends living right in the next complex. We would certainly stay again when we return to St. Augustine.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/3

We've entered this comment on behalf of Jill and her family. They emailed it directly to us. Erik & Family, Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We had a wonderful time. The condo was just as it appeared on VRBO, neat and clean. We enjoyed the short walk to the beautiful beach. The covered parking was also nice. We had the chance to experience St. Augustine through the Ripley's Trolley Tour. We visited The Fountain of Youth, the old fort and several other amazing places. My kids loved it! Our favorite restaurant was Salt Water Cowboys which was only a few minutes down the road. The location of your condo allowed easy access to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely return to St. Augustine! Thanks again, Jill & FamilyDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/3

We've entered this guest book comment on behalf of Linda and her family. My family stayed at Sea Winds, unit #8 in June. The condo was very convenient to everything, the grocery, shopping, and the tourist attractions. The condo had a large living room with plenty of space to sit and I loved the rocking chair. While looking out the living room onto the patio, the view was very relaxing, especially when the fountains were on. The pool area was nice and there were never a lot of people there. The beach was great and it wasn’t crowded either. The people who worked there were so helpful. We had an unexpected late arrival and didn’t realize that we needed to call ahead. Once they were contacted, it took less than 15 minutes and someone was there to bring us the key. The deck off the small bedroom is perfect if you want to sunbath or nice to sit out late in the evening just to relax. When visiting St. Augustine in the future I would stay again. Owner info
Year Purchased: 2004
About the owner: We're a young family that's blessed with two wonderful daughters; Elle & Raelyn. We love getting away to our condo in St. Augustine Beach, but when we can't make it we hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do!
Why the Owner Chose Sea Winds:
St. Augustine Beach is just a great place to get away. You have all the history of St. Augustine, some of the nicest beaches in the world, and a culture similar to the islands. I grew up in Key West so the beach and ocean have always been important to me. Now that we live in Gainesville, FL our condo gets us to the ocean after just a short drive. That made St. Augustine Beach ideal for us.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
Our unit being remodeled before we moved in gave us all the amenities of home and then some. It gets such a nice breeze with the doors and windows open, and the lagoon and fountain out back provide a very relaxing ambiance. Our property offers a small pond where young fisherman can try to land a small fish or they can hunt bigger fish on the beach.
