Beautiful light and airy Ocean Breeze condo. This is a 3 BR, 3 BA, townhouse style condo with guest BR downstairs, master BR & 2nd guest BR up. The condo is a 1500 sq. ft. recently renovated end unit with a great lagoon view.
Each bedroom has a private bath and a TV. The family room has a 36" TV, CD/AM-FM entertainment center and hardwood floors. The kitchen is fully stocked and modern with tile floors and a breakfast bar open to the great room.
The outside deck is equipped with a gas grill and patio set overlooking the lagoon and two sprinkling fountains for your relaxation and enjoyment.
The downstairs bedroom has a bay window, queen bed and private bathroom.
The master bedroom has king bed, a 27" TV, DVD player and a double vanity bathroom.
The third bedroom is equipped with twin beds and a private bathroom.
Our condo is fully equipped with a everything you need for beach-going including a beach caddy, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, skim boards, boogie boards, beach toys, etc. We also offer a pack-n-play crib, a high chair and a beach stroller for the little beach goers.
South Forest Beach is 1 block away and a very short 5-6 minute walk or bike ride and is the most naturally beautiful and family oriented beach on Hilton Head Island
There are three pools and tennis courts on the property, as well as a first class tennis and fitness facility located one block away (The Players Club/Vandemere Tennis).
There are many walking/bike riding trails at South Forest Beach and 12 miles of hard sand perfectly suited for bike riding and jogging.
There are also many beautiful and challenging golf courses located nearby in Sea Pines, Shipyard and Port Royal (just to name a few)with discounts/packages available.
Also located only 10 minutes by car are two large outlet malls with all the designer outlet stores you could imagine.
Ocean Breeze is located a few blocks from the Coligny shopping center and the WaterFun Park. There are many excellent restaurant's and several oceanside cabanas within walking distance.
Located a few blocks south is the South Forest Beach entrance to Sea Pines Plantation where the Heritage Golf Classic is held each April, as well as several professional tennis tournaments throughout the year. The Salty Dog Cafe/store and Harbor Town are also within 5 minutes driving.
