"Black Bear Falls Cabin" is a new, luxury cabin with all the amenities you could ever ask for. This true log cabin is conveniently located just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, Smoky Mountain National Park and Dollywood. Situated in a planned log cabin community with all paved roads, five ponds and beautiful landscaping. "Black Bear Falls Cabin" is walking distance to the resort style clubhouse, and the adult and kiddie pools. This cabin is located on a family-friendly cul-de-sac.
Main Floor: Open floor plan living room with a stacked stone fireplace, queen-size sleeper sofa, dining room with a table that can accommodate up to eight at a time, and a kitchen complete with all the bells and whistles. Master bedroom with king-size bed and adjoining bath. (Bedroom window has amazing views of Mount LeConte). Covered outside deck with rocking chairs, swing, and private hot tub to enjoy the mountain views!
Upstairs: Master suite with king-size bed and private bath. (Bedroom window has direct views of Mount LeConte).
Lower Level: Master suite with king-size bed and adjoining separate bath. (Bedroom window has wonderful views of Mount LeConte) monstrous game room with queen-size sleeper sofa, pool table with pub chairs, and stereo system. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Outside covered deck with rocking chairs to enjoy the mountain views.

- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): There are 3 small steps leading into the cabin. We have had several handicapped individuals stay at the cabin with no problems.
- Kid Friendly: This is a family-oriented cabin and area. The cabin is located in a small cul-de-sac. There are no drop-offs at the cabin or on the way to the cabin. It is very safe for kids of all ages.

This cabin was selected for its beautiful mountain views, family amenities (2 pools & clubhouse), and most importantly, its convenient location to all of the area's attraction. We just returned from the cabin. Our family enjoyed Dollywood, downtown Gatlinburg, hiking in the Smoky Mountain Park, the Aquarium, horseback riding, white water river rafting, soaking in the hot tub, Hill-Billy Miniture Golfing, boating at Douglas Lake, and just creating a vacation with memories that will last a lifetime!
