Located on Old Scenic 98, the beach runs up to this two lane road and condo is across the street, about 50' back, but actually closer to the beach than most beachfront properties. There is a bridge walk-over to the beach and to the Whale's Tail restaurant.
Featuring two large balconies, one overlooks the beach (as does the master bedroom) and one overlooks the golf course at Seascape Resort, Stewart Lake & Choctawatchee Bay. There is a large swimming pool and hot tub on the premises. Only four units per floor for a total of 44 units. Gated entry.
