It is fully equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. From your own private and secluded lanai, you can see Kaho'olawe (the island to the southwest of Maui). The unit is located away from the noise of South Kihei Road, but still only 250 yards to Kamaole Beach I; one of the best beaches on Maui. In the living area, there is a queen sleeper sofa, two comfortable recliners, an LCD flat screen TV, DVD player and a stereo. Two new Hunter ceiling fans, new flooring and rugs. In the bedroom there is a top-of-the-line Sealy Posturepedic Cal-King, Ultra Plush Mattress set, down pillows, TV, DVD player, VHS player, stereo, and a ceiling fan. All the bedroom furniture was replaced in 2005. On the lanai are a table and chairs, along with a top quality sling-back reclining chair. You also have the use of sand chairs, camping chairs, a boogie board, beach towels and an umbrella. Air-conditioning in BOTH the living and bedroom. Kihei Alii Kai is a very clean and quiet condominium complex. We have a pool, large spa, sauna, two tennis courts and four barbecues.
