This is a newly built, three bedroom home on beautiful Sodus Bay. Located on Leroy Island (accessible by vehicle) with easy access to the Great Lake Ontario. It also has use of the 50 foot boat dock which is only a few steps out the door This adorable house is the perfect place to bring your family and/or friends for a great vacation on the water. It has three bedrooms, one has a full size bed, the second has two twin beds and the third has a set of bunk beds. The couch also converts into a full size bed.
This area is spectacular for water activities, fisherman come from all over the country to enjoy the excellent fishing in these waters. The house is conveniently located within minutes of several area waterfront restaurants and two marinas, one with boat rentals and bait. It is just a few miles by vehicle or boat to historic Sodus Point, which features a sandy beach on Lake Ontario, two lighthouses and maritime museum, charter fishing, dining, and shopping. |
