This is a newly built, three bedroom home on beautiful Sodus Bay. Located on Leroy Island (accessible by vehicle) with easy access to the Great Lake Ontario. Enjoy the beautiful view from almost every room and a large deck overlooking the water. It also has use of the 50 foot boat dock which is only a few steps out the door This adorable house is the perfect place to bring your family and/or friends for a great vacation on the water.
This area is spectacular for water activities, fisherman come from all over the country to enjoy the excellent fishing in these waters. The house is conveniently located within minutes of several area waterfront restaurants and two marinas, one with boat rentals and bait. It is just a few miles by vehicle or boat to historic Sodus Point, which features a sandy beach on Lake Ontario, two lighthouses and maritime museum, charter fishing, dining, and shopping.
This is also a snowmobiling paradise. We have miles of groomed trails and when the bay freezes over it makes for more great riding and quick access to restaurants and local bars on the bay.
