This oceanfront home sits amoung the sand dunes of the east coast of Florida in South Ponte Vedra Beach where viewing of the surf and watching the Dolphins play is a site to behold. The home has spectacular views of the ocean with sunrises to the east and sunsets over Guana Lake in the evenings. Near great resturants in Ponte Vedra, Jacksonville and St. Augustine. Easy day trips to Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Dolphin Cove and other Orlando attractions. Kennedy Space Center is also an easy day trip. The Famous TPC Golf Course, home of the Players Champanionship, and The World Golf Village are just minutes away.
The house has three separate guest suites. The master suite has a king size bedroom facing the ocean, and a second bedroom with a set of twin beds. The master suite bathroom has a double whirlpool tub, double shower, double sinks and a bidet. The other suites each have a king size bedroom and a twin bedroom with separate baths for each suite. Available for small children are a youth bed, port-a-crib, high chair, stroller, boogy boards and beach toys
The kitchen is right next to the great room and has fabulous views of both the ocean to the east and Guana preserve to the west.
The expansive great room is over 40 ft. long with a 24 ft. high cathedral ceiling, and large picture windows over looking the ocean.
The house has an open bright beach decor and decking surrounding the ocean front of the house as well as a wrap around deck to the south. The third floor has seating areas with decks facing the ocean and Guana Lake.
