This beautiful, luxurious, upscale condominium, is located at Regatta II. It is a large unit, with 2100 square feet and a dramatic view of the bay. DSL wireless is available in the unit. It is a light, airy unit with three bedrooms and three full baths. The large great room is furnished by Robb & Stuckey, contains a large cable TV, DVD, VCR, and stereo CD player, and opens to a large, furnished lanai overlooking the beautiful Vanderbilt Bay.
The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, its own large bath with double sink, shower stall and tub, a large walk-in closet, and opens to the lanai. The second bedroom has twin beds, and its own bath with a shower stall. The third bedroom has a queen bed with access to a full bath. A large, fully equipped kitchen with pantry opens to the dining area. There is a separate laundry room in the condominium unit, with a washer, dryer and sink.
The condominium is located across the street from the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, and is a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach. Our indoor garage space is closest to the elevator and there is additional outside parking included. The Regatta is a gated entry building with a security guard. The large, beautiful waterfall pool includes a portion with a wading area, a separate reading pool, fitness center and jacuzzi. The pool has a grill area and refrigerator where you can store food and drinks. The Condo is close to the Pavilion Shopping Center, restaurants, post office, tennis courts, park, library, ten screen theater, and the Philharmonic Concert Hall. There are wonderful gourmet restaurants and terrific shopping nearby.
