This condo is in need of some major renovations. The bedroom with the twin beds was not useable. Termite damage/wood rot at the baseboards and water damage on the ceiling and on the wall. The upstairs loft bedroom also is in need of work. By way of background, we have traveled several times to the US and British Virgin Islands. We have always rented a condo or villa in the approximate price range as this unit so we believe we have an acceptable understanding of what you get or do not get for this price point. We have made attempts to work out a solution with the owner but they refuse to respond to our requests. We were really excited about our trip based upon the reviews on found on the internet. However, we believe the terrible condition of this unit is something potential renters need to know.

(6) Years and Counting we love this place.Everything is always perfect.Can't getting any closer to the Beach,well maintained easy to do Business with. Thank you we will be back.
