This two bedroom, two full bathroom view Condo was built in 2001, and is conveniently situated close to the water on the border of lower Queen Anne ("Uptown") and Belltown, within easy walking distance of the amenities of both Queen Anne and all the downtown Seattle neighborhoods.

A wide variety of attractions and amenities are located within just a few blocks of the Condo. The Condo is only two blocks from the SAM Olympic Sculpture Park, and only two blocks to the Key Arena entrance of Seattle Center. Relax in the park, or take in any of its many attractions like Key Arena (major concerts and events), Seattle Opera, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Experience Music Project, the Space Needle, Pacific Science Center, Seattle Repertory Theater, Seattle Children's Theater, Science Fiction Museum, and more. Major annual events at Seattle Center include the Seattle Folklife Festival (Memorial Day) and the Bumbershoot Festival (Labor Day), plus other weekend events all year long.

There are dozens of restaurants within a few blocks of the Condo, including ethnic cuisine like Thai and Indian, as well as American favorites like Dick’s Burgers. The Uptown movie theater, which shows the best of the current movies, is conveniently located only a four block stroll away. And the lower Queen Anne neighborhood also offers the convenience of three grocery stores within walking distance (Safeway, QFC, and Metropolitan Market). The local Trader Joe’s is a short drive up the hill, and the downtown Whole Foods is just a short 1 mile drive east on Denny Way.

Belltown, immediately south of the Condo, is also loaded with restaurants and hot spots, including fine dining, and some of the hottest nightlife, bars, and boutiques in the city. Two blocks away is the Seattle Art Museum (SAM) Olympic Sculpture Park, which adjoins Myrtle Edwards waterfront Park, a gorgeous five acre waterfront park with a 1.25 mile winding bike, pedestrian, and jogging path along Elliot Bay, where you can enjoy fantastic views of the Puget Sound and the mountains.

Downtown, just beyond Belltown, offers live theater, more movie theatres, the Pike Place Market, the Waterfront area, historic Pioneer Square, the International District, the Seattle Art Museum, and much more.

The areas of Lower Queen Anne, Uptown, Downtown, S. Lake Union, and Belltown can all be reached on foot from the condo. If you will be visiting other local neighborhoods, you'll find the condo is very convenient by car or bus to Ballard, Magnolia, Queen Anne, and Capitol Hill. And from the condo it's just a quick drive north on 99 to the Fremont / Wallingford area, and south on 99 to West Seattle.

For transportation, you have many options. Bring your car; the condo rental fee includes one secured garage parking space. Hop on the local metro bus, with a bus stop conveniently located outside the Condo’s front door, and zip downtown (with connections to all parts of the metro area) in minutes. Or board the monorail at the Seattle Center - enjoy a famous Seattle attraction and ride the monorail to the prime downtown Pine Street shopping area.

This non-smoking Condo is an oasis of calm in the midst of the city. Open the windows in the living room to enjoy fresh northwest air and the sounds of the fountain located in the central courtyard just one floor below. Or relax in the master bedroom while enjoying the sound view, where you can see spectacular sunsets and watch the ferries go by. You will enjoy exceptional privacy in this end unit with windows on three sides and only one common wall.

The Condo is furnished in designer colors with tasteful décor. The most spectacular Sound view in the condo is from the master bedroom with Juliet balcony. The water can also been seen from the Second bedroom, the outside patio, and from one corner of the living room. The living room is comfortably furnished, with a relaxing ambiance enhanced by live plants and an electric fire place; enjoy listening to CDs on the surround sound system. The kitchen is well equipped, with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There is a patio-sized gas BBQ located on the balcony. Bring your laptop and use our wireless high-speed cable connection.

The master suite has an attached full bathroom and a large closet, and offers a King-size bed. This Condo is our second home, so we have outfitted it with luxury 500 plus thread-count sheets and plush towels, plus allergen-free bedding and mattress in the master bedroom.

The second bedroom doubles as a state-of-the-art Home Theater media room with an eight foot screen, projection unit, and surround sound. Watch digital cable, or rent a DVD at nearby Blockbuster. The brand-new sleeper sofa in the Second bedroom is a gorgeous chaise-sectional by day and a full-sized bed by night. We offer an allergen-free feather bed to further enhance the comfort of the sleeper sofa.

The second bathroom is accessible from the entry hallway, and includes a closet intended for the use of the second bedroom.

Small pets may be allowed, subject to the owner’s discretion; a refundable pet deposit is required.

The condo is great if you happen to be traveling with small children. We offer some toys and kid-gear suitable for children up to 5 years old.
