Our stay for New Year's was perfect. The cabin was very clean and well-maintained. Plenty of room for everyone to relax. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Definitely would recommend this cabin to my friends.

My family spent the Thanksgiving holidays in your cabin in Gatlingburg. We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed it. The cabin was perfect and laid out so everyone could have some privacy. The view was great and the weather was nice. We had a great Thanksgiving. Thank you for allowing us to use your cabin and enjoying a great family gathering.

The unit was better than I imagined. The pictures were accurate, but do not do justice to the overall unit. We liked the location on the cul-de-sac. We had a great view from the balcony, but was not totally surrounded by trees. We were able to do some outdoor activities because of the location. Highly recommended.

The cabin is very roomy and has a great location! The cleanliness of the unit was very disappointing. While reviewing previous renters comments, that is one thing I was looking for. If the cabin had been clean, this would be the perfect rental!

We rented this chalet for a family get together in mid March 2010. It was rainy and cold the entire time. The view was wonderful and the house was fantastic. Very roomy...my grandsons loved the bear.and the gameroom..thank you for providing a wonderful chalet at a reasonable price.

What a wonderful stay at your large,well equipped, clean chalet in the mountains. The views from the deck were breathtaking! John, the owner, was most helpful in answering questions prior to our visit. Our satisfaction seemed to be a priority with him. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful chalet. We would not hesitate to rent another property in the future.

Great view, extremely roomy, great location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, lots of home entertainment. LOTS of bear sightings from the chalet!!!Would def stay there again!

My children, grandchildren and I enjoyed a wonderful week at Black Bear Lodge. Your chalet is perfect for a family vacation, especially in its scenic location in the mountains. We did see bears and the younger children said it was the highlight of their vacation. Thank you for all your help.

This was our best vacation ever!!! We've been coming to the Smokies for 8 years now & have always wanted to see a bear-BOY DID WE SEE BEARS!!!!!We have referred this cabin to everyone we know. We will be back every year. Thank you, Jack & Rita

Thank you for making your chalet available. You have a great location and the view is fantastic. We really enjoyed the amenities and the drive down the mountain was a fun ride. Our kids and grand kids said this was one of their best family vacations. The Davis Family

The entire Camp clan had a most enjoyable weekend at Black Bear. Your chalet was perfect for celebrating my 77th birthday with children and grandkids. Snow on Sat. was beautiful and worked out OK as we were already there. Roads were fine for our safe return home Mon. Thanks for a great time! Rita

We just wanted to thank you guys for allowing us to stay at your chalet in Gatlinburg this past week. We had a wonderful time and were very happy with the chalet and its view! We also loved the fact of how convenient it was to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
