Our unit is located on the 5th floor of luxurious property directly on the gulf on Okaloosa Island. 300 feet of gulf front views of the sugary white sand and the clear blue waters of the Emerald Coast can be enjoyed from the balcony. Our unit is newly decorated with upgrades galore. Pelican Isle is conveniently located close to shopping, fine dining, fishing,the Convention Center, water parks, golf, and amusement parks just to name a few. Okaloosa Island is just a few miles from Destin and Ft. Walton Beach, FL.
Our 5th floor unit has been professionally decorated with class and comfort in mind. The fresh yellow walls put a smile on everyone's face as soon as they open the door. "It feels so happy," is the comment we have heard the most regarding the soothing colors used throughout the condominium. The bedrooms are plush with Nautica and Ralph Lauren bedding and comfortable sitting areas. Sweet surprises of hand painted murals are throughout the condominium to add a custom feel to our
'Home Away from Home'.
The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, top of the line bedding and romantic ceiling fan. Also, it has a sitting area with views of the Santa Rosa Sound and a spacious private bathroom with jetted tub and double vanities with plenty of storage. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed, a comfortable sitting area for reading and an attached Guest bathroom.
The Guest bathroom has a fun Nautical theme with custom hand painted murals. Each bedroom has a TV/VCR and ceiling fan, and the family room has TV/VCR/DVD players as well as a beautiful ceiling fan. The unit has a washer and dryer,(located out of the way in a hall closet) a full kitchen with all the appliances you need, and..... UNBELIVEABLE VIEWS of the sugary white beaches which are the prettiest on the Gulf Coast!
