This 13th century, three-story home in the center of the medieval borgo that surrounds the Odeschalchi Castle has been completely renovated so that it may be used as a whole, or it can be divided into two smaller units, each one accommodating two persons. The larger of the two units is made up of a double bedroom with full bath on the third floor, and a kitchen-dining/living room on the second floor. An extra single bed can be added, if needed. The smaller unit, on the ground floor, is a studio apartment on its own (sofabed and bath with shower and hide-away kitchenette) that be connected to the larger apartment and used as a more comfortable living room.
The house is less than ten minutes away on foot to the commuter train station to Rome, a half hour walk to the lake, and two minutes to the castle. Shops and restaurants abound and are all within easy walking distance. |
