Mountainside Homes is a small, family-owned business offering four luxury vacation homes in beautiful Steamboat Springs. By owning the properties we manage and by keeping our business small, we are able to maintain the homes in first-class condition and give you the attention and service you deserve. The accommodations are both elegant and spacious. Each 3500 square-foot residence sleeps 8-13 comfortably. If your group is larger than 13, two homes may be rented and joined via a connecting door on the middle level. We feature two decors: American Lifestyles in the Snowberry & Couloir homes and Lodge style in the Kinnikinick and Chaparral homes. Enjoy breathtaking views from the decks or hot tub, providing a memorable backdrop to your ski or summer vacation.
All four bedrooms are sizeable and have their own bath, providing plenty of space for comfort and privacy. Make yourself at home next to a cozy fire in the great room - the perfect setting for relaxing or entertaining. The kitchens are luxurious and fully equipped.
