Come visit our cozy, lake-side condominium on the top floor of the Summer Haven Condominiums on Mile Marker 3 of the Lake of the Ozarks. NEWLY REMODELED WITH NEW TILE, CARPET, FURNITURE & APPLIANCES!!! Visitors can enjoy nearby restaurants, bars, shopping, water sports, and golfing by either boat or car. This section of the lake is close to popular 'spots' located at Bagnell Dam, Horseshoe Bend, and not far from Osage Beach.
This quaint, top-floor condominium (4 floors total) has a cathedral ceiling allowing for a spacious feel and a quiet stay, along with a wood burning fireplace for that cozy winter feeling. It has two bedrooms with one bathroom and queen-size beds in both as well as a comfy couch and love seat for additional sleeping. There are also air mattresses for additional guests! It comes complete with a fully equipped Kitchen, and Bath Towels & Bed linens. Large Flatscreen TV in the living room, and 2 Flatscreens in the Bedrooms.
A covered balcony equipped with a gas grill and patio furniture is great for either enjoying the morning view with coffee or an evening barbecue with your family. WELL BEHAVED PETS ARE WELCOME, however, NO Smoking indoors PLEASE.
The condominium is located in a quiet cove good for lake swimming and calm waters. Families can enjoying fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool, or on the lake swim dock. Boat RAMP is located ON-Site and FREE. Boat slip available upon request. All PAVED roads to condo!
No one gets bored at the lake! If you are not spending the day out on the boat, you can spend the day at the local Bagnell Dam shops enjoying the nostalgic atmosphere. Other fun activities include golfing at one of the several incredible lake golf courses or a visit to the outlet mall for serious shopping and a movie.

2012 Rates: $99 Mon-Thur, & $125 Fri-Sat-Sun or $700 week - FRIENDLY PETS WELCOME!
$60 Cleaning FEE, & $40 Pet FEE(if have pets), Cancel 30 days prior and NO Charge!
$200 refundable security/damage deposit to hold reservation-Full Pmt due 2 weeks.
Deposit refunded after rental if no damages. Visa/MC/Discover accepted for deposit
Must be 21 to rent condo and be present (provide Copy of Valid Driver's License)

Year Purchased: 2000
We've owned this condo for 12 years and are very happy to have our visitors enjoy it as much as we are! We have a very busy schedule with our grandchildren, we don't get to spend as many weekends at the lake as we'd like! We've been enjoying our weekends at the lake since 1984 and really LOVE to go boating and sking! Please let us know if we can help with your vacation needs!
