Come visit our cozy, lake-side condominium on the top floor of the Summerhaven Condominiums on Mile Marker 3 of the Lake of the Ozarks. Visitors can enjoy nearby restaurants, bars, shopping, water sports, and golfing by either boat or car. This section of the lake is close to popular 'spots' located at Bagnell Dam, Horseshoe Bend, and not far from Osage Beach.
This quaint, top-floor condominium has a cathedral ceiling allowing for a spacious feel and a quiet stay, along with a wood burning fireplace for that cozy winter feeling. It has two bedrooms with one bathroom and queen-size beds in both as well as a queen pull-out sleeper soft for an extra bed. It comes complete with a fully equipped Kitchen, and Bath Towels & Bed linens.
A covered balcony equipped with a gas grill and patio furniture is great for either enjoying the morning view with coffee or an evening barbecue with your family. WELL BEHAVED PETS ARE WELCOME, however, NO Smoking indoors PLEASE.
The condominium is located in a quiet cove good for lake swimming and calm waters. Families can enjoying fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool, or on the lake swim dock. Boat RAMP is located ON-Site and FREE. Boat slip available upon request for $25 night or $150 week. All PAVED roads to condo!
No one gets bored at the lake! If you are not spending the day out on the boat, you can spend the day at the local Bagnell Dam shops enjoying the nostalgic atmosphere. Other fun activities include golfing at one of the several incredible lake golf courses or a visit to the outlet mall for serious shopping and a movie.

$60 Cleaning Charge, Payment due 14 days advance. Cancel 30 days prior-NO Chg!
$200 refundable security & damage deposit to hold reservation, Pet Deposit $40.
Refunded after rental if no damages. Visa/Mastercard accepted for deposit.
Must be 21 to rent condo (Present Valid Driver's License). See Calendar below.

We've owned this condo for 10 years and are very happy to have our visitors enjoy it as much as we are! We have a very busy schedule and with our 2nd grandchild just arriving, we don't get to spend as many weekends at the lake as we'd like! We've been enjoying our weekends at the lake since 1984 and really LOVE to go boating and sking! Please let us know if we can help with your vacation needs!
