Our 2 bedroom 1 bath (upper) unit is perfect for one family with children and their friends on the Newport Beach Peninsula. Located 1 block from the sand and boardwalk is close to some of the best surf in Orange County. The beach is a safe place to spend with the family during the days. Surfing, bodysurfing, bodyboarding are some of the activities you can enjoy right our front. For children the broad beach offers gentle shorline to build sandcastles and nearby jetties to look for shells, crabs and other sea life.
The Peninsula, Balboa island, and Laguna Beach offer shopping and restaurants. Also located nearby is the Balboa Fun Zone with rides, games and other attractions for children. You can also rent boats, and wave runners. Private and group fishing charters are available to experience the world class and historical game fishing. Day trips to Catalina island are available right out of Newport Bay. During the evening you can BBQ, or have a beach bonfire, or enjoy one of the many local restaurants and several golf courses.

A refundable Security Deposit will be required.
Add $150 Cleaning Fee to all rates.
No Smoking on property please.
