From the full kitchen to the propane grill, the daily fresh catch is always on the menu. Once inside you will feel the comfort of a cozy caribbean-lodge atmosphere with vaulted ceilings detailed with cedar beams, and hand-made cedar shutters and cedar cabinets.
The décor along with the stone tile flooring throughout the living room and kitchen allows for a perfect Caribbean Style Ambiance. When it comes time to relax: lounge either in the air conditioned living room watching television, catching some sun out back in the lounge chairs overlooking the water, or just telling old fishing and boating stories overlooking your boat.
2 bedrooms, 1 bath, sleeps 6. Both bedrooms have Queen beds, cable TVs and great A/C units to make the rooms as cold as you like. The living room has a beautiful view of the open water along with a pull-out sofa, Cable TV, VCR, and DVD player and another AC unit. The kitchen is large, open to the living room, with a bar/barstools and has all cooking and cleaning essentials; dishwasher, new stove/oven, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, microwave and all utensils.
The living room and kitchen overlook the bay through the many windows and slider doors. There's also a collection of kid's movies and a variety of books to help yourself to, a folding table/chair set for extra dining space, baby gate, and a New stackable washer/dryer. The bathroom has a full size shower with tub. Lower patio/seawall area has lounge chairs, 35' seawall with dock posts and cleats, a grill and a beautiful view of the ocean!
This is where memories are made and last a lifetime. And "Oh Yea" don't forget about the most famous sunrises and sunsets ever seen across the world featured every morning and evening three hundred and fifty six days a year. The dock will hold up to a 35' overall length boat on your own private property behind the home. As you captain your boat away from your dock, you have immediate access to the ocean and gulf where destiny awaits. |
