We enjoyed staying in your condo, and I can especially thank you for extremely clear instructions for the arrival/set up. Also a supply of bottled water in the frige upon arrival was very useful. Though we did not use Fairway Villas facilities, the location is perfect for island exploration and the condo is very cozy and extremely comfortable for the family of four. Our little one enjoyed bath tub in master bedroom after swimming in the ocean. Great stay, even better than expected. No insectes (in contrast to our last year Honolulu stay). Would recommend to all my friends.

We choose to use the kitchen and BBQ facilities instead of eating out at restaurants, everything was great. We recommend this property. Thanks again, we may be back next year!!

This unit was litterally all me and my family could ask for. It was well equiped with everything i needed to make my family feel at home:) the kitchen was a BIG plus, because it had all the tools needed to make a nice home cooked meal for my family each night! And the owner was just a sweetheart to have had accomadated my family and i:) working with her was an absolute delight:) we stayed here for 18 nights, and felt completly at home since we checked in! I highly recommend this unit to all families! I have a 4yr old and a 7 1/2 month infant and both kids loved the unit:) it was baby safe!! Phenomenal Location, Price, and Service

Linda, This condo was found through a word of mouth referral from a friend who stayed there. The stay at your condo was absolutely one of the best choices I made for our first time visit to the Big Island. We had an amazing time and the condo was perfectly situated to access all the things we needed and wanted to do. The condo was very clean, had all the things we needed to be able to enjoy our time in the Big Island to the fullest. We made use of the beach towels, water shoes, cooler... even the fridge had filtered water, the pool had salt water, and the condo had a washer and dryer. The Lanai was perfectly situated to watch the sun set or watch golfers pass by. The condo was away from the big city area's in Kona, but still accessible to many things we needed like Costco, hair salon's, and shopping centers. During our visit, we did many things and always enjoyed coming back to the condo at the end of the day. We even made use of the BBQ grill, pool and hot tub. The covered parking was perfect right near the door. The layout of the condo itself gave the parents some privacy and the kids shared the other bedroom with a split design to give space. Location wise, we were able to easily drive the Saddle Road to the Hilo and Volcano National Park. We LOVE Hapuna beach and A-bay was very close to the condo. We drove to the South side of the island and went to South Point, the Green Sand Beach, and the Panulu'u Black sand beach then returned to the condo for a relaxing evening. The Petroglyph trail is right ouside of the condo's and made for a fun outing by just going for a walk. The two shopping area's next to the condo's were a little high priced, but very unique in the shop's and for quick items very convenient. We were very pleased with our trip and the condo was part of that enjoyment. We will definitely rent this condo again next time we go to the Big Island. No doubt in my mind. Thank you Linda! Great condo, great deal

Just returned from a week in the condo, and we had a great time. Nice and comfortable for our family of four, and the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies. Easy access to pool and King's/Queen's shops, and good base for exploring the rest of the island. The owner, Linda, was a pleasure to work with. Overall, a great deal on a great place.

Great Big Island Experience!

Thank you for providing such beautiful accommodations (and wonderful travel service) in such a fantastic location in the Waikoloa Beach Resort area. Your listing description and photos were very accurate. We absolutely loved our stay at your condo and had such a wonderful time on the Big Island - so much to do! Your condo was very conveniently located, well-maintained, clean, quiet, comfortable (slept great!) and well-stocked with everything we needed. The value was terrific and the price very reasonable. Loved the location so near A-bay beach and the wonderful King and Queen shops. We especially loved the nearby Mauna Kea and Hapuna beaches. Thanks for the nearby Ruth's Chris Steak House recommendation too - amazing! We even took a trip to the Hilo side where we saw the nighttime glow of the volcano, lava caves, waterfalls and experienced a zip line! But there are so many enjoyable things to do on the sunny Kona side besides relax at your beautiful condo! We loved seeing the turtles on nearby beaches and the dolphins swimming by! We even took a little trip (from a marina just south of the airport) where we swam with the dolphins and enjoyed amazing snorkeling too! (Tip: Costco near the airport is a great place to stock and gas up! Other reasonably-priced shopping nearby too.) And of course we loved the beautiful sunsets among the palms. We will return to your condo as soon as we possibly can!!!

Great Time on the Big Island

Hi Linda, Thank you very much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo. It was the perfect size for the 2 familes staying there. I pretty much watched TV on the sofabed while the rest went to bed since I was on California time most of the trip. It was very nicely located to both the King and Queen shops. I absolutely loved the golf course view. I wish I could have played but it was cool just seeing it. The infinity pool was very close by and we spend many days there. "A" Bay was also very close by and thanks again for the certificate. We ate at Roy's and Sansei. I would highly recommend your place to anyone looking to stay in Waikoloa. Also, the price you offered could not be beat. Thanks again. If you have any condos in Maui, please let me know. We may head out there next year. Russell Wong
