After renting Condos for years, we finally bought our own. We feel we know what you're looking for during your vacation get-a-way. This unit is located on the 11th floor. When you rent from us you will know in advance exactly what you will be getting! Our decorating was done professionally by local interior decorators.
The master bedroom has a king-size sleigh bed with matching marble top night stands. The view from this room is truly unbelievable. You can lie in bed and watch the waves come crashing in! The master bath has a full vanity with double marble sinks. There is an oversized garden tub as well as a marble and glass shower.
The second bedroom has two full beds as well as two closets. The bath has a marble vanity with a marble tub/shower combination.
This unit comes with its own laundry room. This is not a washer/dryer behind folding doors. It is in its own room which is great for the beach and ideal for those wanting extended stays.
The large sleeper sofa converts into a queen-size bed making this unit easily able to sleep eight. The glass top dining table seats four with the nearby bar area also seating four.
The Boardwalk Beach Resort is unique in many ways. We feel one of the best features is the Tiki Bar located at pool side. This Tiki Bar serves full meals as well as all type beverages. Sit outside the Tiki Bar under your own umbrella and watch the action on the beach or catch one of Panama City's spectacular sunsets.
For those who would rather sit inside, catch your favorite sports event on one of the three large TV screens. The meals served here are outstanding and range from appetizers to sandwiches to seafood platters to desserts. On Friday and Saturday nights during the summer season, there is live music to be enjoyed by all. We don't know of many Condos where you can order your meals by the pool, have live entertainment, have no waiting in line, and all can be enjoyed without ever having to fight the traffic!
There are two hot tubs and a large pool with gradual entry. There is a kids interactive pool area which features mushroom waterfalls, large water guns, and a water hissing snake all in a gated area which is cushioned on the floor in case of a fall. The kids seem to think this area is the BEST!
This complex comes with a covered parking area, video arcade, and the Signal Hill golf course sits right across the street! We hope you and your family will come to experience the Boardwalk Beach Resort. You must be 25 years of age and stay the entire period. No smoking and no pets allowed.

We spent 13 days in this condo @ The Boardwalk and had a great experience. Everything you need is within easy driving or walking distance including several restaurants and stores. We didn't leave the property for the first 3 days since Under the Boardwalk poolside bar & restaurant has sandwiches, salads, and various other foods that make for a good solid meal not to mention any kind of drink you could want. The pool & jacuzzi areas were always kept clean and the security was tight to make sure that everyone there is a member or guest. There was easy access to the beach so we didn't have to lug all our stuff down at one time; they even have a ramp for rolling carts as well as wheelchairs. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. All the beds were comfortable with extremely nice linens. The sheets were high thread count and soft. There were plenty of towels for everyone. The balcony furniture was also very nice and comfortable. We especially enjoyed and used the table on the balcony and ate many meals while looking out over the pool enjoying the ocean views. We loved the keypad entry system to get into the unit. It was so easy to use and nice to not have to find and remember keys to get into the condo. One more attention to detail that seems small but is important to many is the fact that all the appliances were well kept and maintained. The refrigerator ice/cube/crushed/water disperser worked great. I have my own business and need WIFI. Originally the unit didn't have it but the owners went to the extra expense to add WIFI just for me after they found out I needed it. This is just one example that shows how serious the owners are about making sure that their guests have what they need to be comfortable. Thank you guys for an excellent vacation experience that we will always treasure.

I have been staying here for the past two months and loving every minute. This condo is beautifully furnished and has everything necessary for that perfect vacation. The countertop and bar space in the kitchen are awesome and has the perfect spot to set your computer. The balcony has a spectacular view. Great for watching the dolphins and sunbathing or just enjoying the day. I especially like the master bedroom because it faces the ocean so when you wake up in the morning and see the ocean and sunshine you just know it is going to be another perfect day at the beach. I have met the owners and they are wonderful people and very pleasant to do business with. You can certainly tell they have gone that extra mile to make this condo a very comfortable place for their renters. When my family came to visit they enjoyed their stay as much as I have. Our family stayed here the first week of August and let me tell you it was the best vacation we could of had. From start to finish we could not have asked for anything else. The listing does not do this condo justice, perfect location and amenities. Our family had a vacation that will last a lifetime. The owners were GREAT to work with and everything in the add was exactly as advertised. I'm a personal chef for a player in the NBA and I work at a multi-million dollar estate on a daily basis and I felt just as if this was my personal million dollar get away. We loved it so much that within a week I had already spoke to the owners about renting again next year. There are many risks involved with renting from a perfect stranger but trust me JoHanna is the risk free stranger. We felt as if we truly belonged there. Thanks again for everything and will see you next August.

OUR FAMILY HAD A MARVELOUS TIME AT THE BOARDWALK RESORT. OUR CONDO WAS SPACIOUS AND AS ACCOMMODATING AS OUR HOME. IT WAS TASTFULLY DECORATED AS WELL! TONS OF ACTIVITES AND RESTURANTS SURROUND THE COMPLEX WHICH WERE EASY TO GET TO. THE WHITE SUGARY BEACH WAS TO DIE FOR. A NICE LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE! The condo was gorgeous and rooming. I loved the kitchen! Very convenient to restaurants, Wal-mart, Publix, etc. Just close enough to Front Beach Road to enjoy some of the attractions but not in the middle of all the construction and congestion. The Resort's pool and restaurant were wonderful and enjoyed by my whole family. Definitely would like to return!
