We spent 13 days in this condo @ The Boardwalk and had a great experience. Everything you need is within easy driving or walking distance including several restaurants and stores. We didn't leave the property for the first 3 days since Under the Boardwalk poolside bar & restaurant has sandwiches, salads, and various other foods that make for a good solid meal not to mention any kind of drink you could want. The pool & jacuzzi areas were always kept clean and the security was tight to make sure that everyone there is a member or guest. There was easy access to the beach so we didn't have to lug all our stuff down at one time; they even have a ramp for rolling carts as well as wheelchairs. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. All the beds were comfortable with extremely nice linens. The sheets were high thread count and soft. There were plenty of towels for everyone. The balcony furniture was also very nice and comfortable. We especially enjoyed and used the table on the balcony and ate many meals while looking out over the pool enjoying the ocean views. We loved the keypad entry system to get into the unit. It was so easy to use and nice to not have to find and remember keys to get into the condo. One more attention to detail that seems small but is important to many is the fact that all the appliances were well kept and maintained. The refrigerator ice/cube/crushed/water disperser worked great. I have my own business and need WIFI. Originally the unit didn't have it but the owners went to the extra expense to add WIFI just for me after they found out I needed it. This is just one example that shows how serious the owners are about making sure that their guests have what they need to be comfortable. Thank you guys for an excellent vacation experience that we will always treasure.

My wife, 2 kids with 2 friends spent a wonderful week enjoying the condo, the pool, and the beach. Great location. The condo was beautiful, clean and provided plenty of room. Thanks for the great time.

Fantastic, awesome and beautiful!!! We stayed in this condo for a week during our spring break and could not have been more satisfied. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The views were fantastic! It's the place to stay at Panama City Beach.

I have been staying here for the past two months and loving every minute. This condo is beautifully furnished and has everything necessary for that perfect vacation. The countertop and bar space in the kitchen are awesome and has the perfect spot to set your computer. The balcony has a spectacular view. Great for watching the dolphins and sunbathing or just enjoying the day. I especially like the master bedroom because it faces the ocean so when you wake up in the morning and see the ocean and sunshine you just know it is going to be another perfect day at the beach. I have met the owners and they are wonderful people and very pleasant to do business with. You can certainly tell they have gone that extra mile to make this condo a very comfortable place for their renters. When my family came to visit they enjoyed their stay as much as I have. November 2007. The condo was awesome!! We stayed in the unit during Ironman Florida. It far exceeded our expectations!! Clean, modern, great view and location. We would definitely stay here again. Our family stayed here the first week of August and let me tell you it was the best vacation we could of had. From start to finish we could not have asked for anything else. The listing does not do this condo justice, perfect location and amenities. Our family had a vacation that will last a lifetime. The owners were GREAT to work with and everything in the add was exactly as advertised. I'm a personal chef for a player in the NBA and I work at a multi-million dollar estate on a daily basis and I felt just as if this was my personal million dollar get away. We loved it so much that within a week I had already spoke to the owners about renting again next year. There are many risks involved with renting from a perfect stranger but trust me JoHanna is the risk free stranger. We felt as if we truly belonged there. Thanks again for everything and will see you next August.

OUR FAMILY HAD A MARVELOUS TIME AT THE BOARDWALK RESORT. OUR CONDO WAS SPACIOUS AND AS ACCOMMODATING AS OUR HOME. IT WAS TASTFULLY DECORATED AS WELL! TONS OF ACTIVITES AND RESTURANTS SURROUND THE COMPLEX WHICH WERE EASY TO GET TO. THE WHITE SUGARY BEACH WAS TO DIE FOR. A NICE LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE! A TERRIFIC PLACE FOR A VACATION ANYTIME OF THE YEAR.

The condo was gorgeous and rooming. I loved the kitchen! Very convenient to restaurants, Wal-mart, Publix, etc. Just close enough to Front Beach Road to enjoy some of the attractions but not in the middle of all the construction and congestion. The Resort's pool and restaurant were wonderful and enjoyed by my whole family. Definitely would like to return!

We had a great time at the Boardwalk!!! The condo was clean and very well decorated. It was gorgeous!! The location is great and close to everything you could want to do. We plan on coming back again soon.
