  We stayed at this home in Feb 2010 and when we showed up it was not cleaned the hot tub was empty and the pool not heated as we had paid for and to top it off the bbq tank was empty! Management did come the next day and clean but when had to find other stuff to get us through the night after travelling in a car with kids for 24hr not happy. We never did get our deposit back after many calls and promises that it was on the way. Would not recommend dealing with this man again.

  We have been vacating in Florida since 1997 and I must say, this was the worst home we have ever rented. Terrible experience. We rented this house in July of 2010. House itself was dirty. Pool was dirty Garbage was piled up. Ants. Multiple things broken (i.e. blinds, television, etc.). Management not very responsive. Finally, sent a maintenance guy to take garbage next day. Pool guy arrived about after 2 days to clean the pool. Also, after numerous promises that my deposit was being returned and sent in the mail, never did receive it to this day. Also, have made numerous attempts to contact owner via email and phone calls, which none were ever answered. Pam from Maryland

  My group and I stayed in this home and we are definately looking forward to returning. The house was very spacious and everyone was very satisfied. Thanks again and we will see you next year!!
