A stunning TWO STORY villa home in Southern Dunes, a championship golf and country club. Our beautiful newly completed home has fully screened heated pool with separate hot tub and enlarged patio.
The villa has two master suites - master one with a king-size bed, master two has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a full-size bed. The two other bedrooms have two twin beds in each room. There is cable TV in all five bedrooms and the living room. Additionally, there is a formal dining area as well as eat in kitchen.
Southern Dunes is renowned for its golf course on site and has a great clubhouse/restaurant. There are three community pools, tennis courts, and a fishing jetty, all within walking distance from the villa. Walmart and Winn Dixie Supermarkets are just two minutes away and the main attractions Disney, Universal, Tampa/Busch Gardens, Cypress Gardens, Kennedy, Sea World and other parks are within easy access.
