This unit is located just off of Lakeshore Boulevard. about two minutes by car to the Hyatt Lake Tahoe. Extensive use of granite slab, new kitchen, new baths, new cabinets, new carpet, new fireplace (gas burning appliance).
This place is superior to most anything for rent in Incline Village, on-site swimming pool (seasonal). Great parking. Three new TVs with DVD/VCR.
Over the summer new siding was installed. Now the condo looks great on the outside and on the inside! We believe your experience at this fabulous condo will be even more to your liking.

Dear Chris The pictures online and the discription don't do your condo justice Our family stayed there last year and will never have to look for a new place to stay again. I kinda want to keep it a secerete so not to many people book it all the time but to late I tell everyone. You've got the best place on the mountain. Being so close to the Hyatt and the splopes who could ask for anything more.It's great for the whole family and guess what no fighting over the TV theirs 3. Thanks for making our families and I'm sure so many others have a great clean cozy place to chill in the winter. Thanks The Kelly Family

We just back from 2-27 Forest Pines. What a gorgeous place! It didn't feel at all like the cheesy vacation mountain homes I've rented in the past. It felt like a real home and we were all loving the kitchen and wishing our own kitchens were as nice! And the location to the Hyatt (where my best friend got married) couldn't be beat.
