Nice corner unit with lots of room and all the comforts of home. It is located in downtown and walking distance to many local attractions as well as Americasmart, World Congress Center, Georgia Dome, Aquarium, Coke, CNN, and much more. Building lobby is recently updated, and has a 24hr doorman, and electronic security entrances throughout. Laundry facilities available in lower level as well. The unit has a large 1 Bedroom with queen size bed, and a separate queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

Great little downtown getaway

Fast check in. No problems with our visit. 18 minute walk to the fox theater. Nice neighborhood

Business travel

I had extended business in downtown Atlanta and the location was excellent for that purpose. Paid at or below the rates of major downtown hotels for a condo instead of just a room. Well furnished and a nice place to be at the end of a long day. The owner of the property was very helpful. No complaints, I would stay again.

Clean and comfortable

Don was always prompt to respond to my inquiries. Unit is a great size and is clean and comfortable. It could be even better with a few simple additions, such as providing a blender a measuring cup and measuring spoons in the kitchen, and some shelves in the bathroom would really be an asset as there’s no counter space. There’s a nice screened in balcony. This unit met my needs and I would stay here again.

Our stay at this property was great, we had everything we needed; kitchen, small patio, good size livingroom with tv. We had a good time. The unit needs a little upkeep but other than that we felt safe and welcomed.
