This cabin is situated on 28 secluded and wooded acres with 4- wheel trails. Picnic area and camp fire area make this the perfect getaway for large groups or extended family. Full bathrooms on 3 floors. Fireplace is a welcome addition in the winter. Basement level provides extra TV area or sleeping space for 4 people. Table and chairs for playing games This is a handicap accessible area.
The cherry kitchen has a large center island, which is perfect for sitting and visiting in the kitchen area. Large dining room table is a bonus. Rocking chairs on the front porch provide a relaxing atmosphere to view the wildlife.

- We are not in a gated community. You have 28 ac to wander on. We have several large lakes nearby for boating and assorted activities if you bring your own boat. Horseback riding and rafting are nearby. Nearby community has usual ammenties pls free swimming at Mt Piscah.

This property was the perfect blend of rustic and comfortable. We went for Thanksgiving week and used the modern, spacious kitchen extensively. Fireplace was a real treat; very cozy and yet open to the kitchen and dining area. Rocking chairs on the upstairs porch and swing on the downstairs porch were a bonus. Big enough for a large family or several couples. Full baths on every level added to the convenience. Absolutely spotless! Will definitely go again.

My family had a fun time at this cabin! Our boys loved the woods and my husband & I enjoyed the peace and quiet. Unfortunately, it rained 2 out of the 3 days we stayed, however, there were plenty of videos there for us to watch and we played several games of Monopoly. We were able to have a camp fire the day it didn't rain, and we drove over to see the Grand Canyon of PA. We just wanted to have a few days of family time before school starts and we achieved that! The property and house are well maintained and clean. The one thing the photos don't show is the nice pavillion on the property. It has 2 large picnic tables and a hammock. Even though you're surrounded by woods, there is enough cleared area to throw a football around or play wiffle ball or horseshoes. There was even an area that had a volleyball net set up. We had a great time! Thank you to the owners!

The cabin was great. We had a wonderful time with our extended family. Our guest of honor was my sister and her daughter...all the way from Taiwan. She found out about the cabin on line and recommended it. We loved the quiet setting.Our 3 boys loved riding four-wheelers on the well maintained trails through the woods. We were thankful for the recommedation to go to Mount Piscah State Park. The (free) swimming there was a highlight for all. We also enjoyed biking on the dirt roads in the vicinity of the cabin. Our family loved our mountain cabin vacation and would definitely go there again in the future! :)

We stayed here in the summer and was glad for the air conditioning, though only needed it at night. It is a very clean, well maintained place.The pictures are current. We loved having a bathroom on each level- 3 full baths! The owner gave us a call to see if we needed anything. We spent a lot of time on the porch, which is filled with rocking chairs, watching the wildlife. Very quiet, but so close to Elmira, though we didn't need to go to the city for things to do. There are several great places to eat fresh, delicious and affordable meals nearby. I loved the Troy Lunch, which is like a little diner with insanely cheap prices. City folks like us will find this close to heaven.
