Gerald and I live in Kentucky and manage our rental cabins on beautiful Kentucky Lake. We love Mexico and after several years found a terrific spot on Mexico's Mayan Riviera. The thing that brought us to Playa del Secreto is the quiet and wonderful beach. We hope you enjoy it too!
Why the Owner Chose Playa del Secreto
After searching from Cancun to Isla Mujeres to Cozumel and all the way south to Xcalak we ended up buying the first condo we looked at in Playa del Secreto. Although we found some lovely places none of them had the proximity to the airport and shopping while providing what we wanted most, a private beach. We love the area and just wish we could spend more time down there in paradise.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Playa del Secreto is not very well known (and we're happy about that!). It is located half way between Cancun and Playa del Carmen and is a strictly residential area with only a few houses and small condos and casitas. Unlike many beaches on the Mayan Riviera our beach is not protected by a large reef so we can listen to the sounds of the waves coming to shore. But the best thing about our area is the peace and quiet and of course the perfect beach.

Richie and I returned to the states on Sunday and had a great time on our vacation. The staff at the condo were very helpful and always responsive to anything we asked. The weather was good - windy most days but we need the breeze to be able to stay on the beach in the heat. We enjoyed the jazz radio stations we got on the TV. I want to let you know how much we enjoyed ourselves in your condo in Playa del Secreto. We had a fantastic time and I miss it sooo much! Alberto and Christina were super nice and the beach is to die for. I am seriously wondering about my life here in Canada!!! Why not move to Mexico?! We might just start looking to buy.
