Spacious 2,360 sq foot 4 bedroom / 3 bath condo available - corner unit located on the Beach at Coral Reef Condos, 6609 Thomas Drive, #906, Panama City Beach, FL 32408.

The condo offers: panoramic views of the ocean and beach, a large wrap around balcony and is only rented to guests 25 years old or older. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed.

Wireless internet, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 king size beds, 2 queens, 2 full beds, and a sleeper sofa. All rooms have large 36 inch TVs, DVDs, VCRs, Armoires, tile floors, new air condition and more.

The large master bedroom offers an ocean view, king-size bed, walk in closet, private vanity and bath with Jacuzzi tub/full shower. The 2nd master bedroom offers another king-size bed, large closet and a bay view. The 3rd bedroom has two large queen beds, ocean view - the 4th bedroom has two full beds, bay view, closet and private bath.

There are 2 gulf front pools - one heated in the "off-season", yard games, long walks on the beach, community areas, beach service to provide sail boats, jet skiis, water torpedo, and more. If you want to simply relax, there are 2 large pools to enjoy. A fitness / weight room is also available to use on site.

The complex is one of the area's most desirable locations as it offers only 84 units - family atmosphere, no huge crowds to contend with, plenty of room to enjoy the pools, beach, water, and the sun! Quiet atmosphere and tropical landscaping make it easy to relax and "get way" from it all.
