Having travelled to some of the finest beaches in the world, I believe there's not a better spot than Santa Rosa Beach with its sugar-white sands and crystal-clear aqua-colored waters. With a building code limitation of 4 stories, Santa Rosa Beach offers a quiet retreat from crowded beaches with high rise condominiums.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The views from my condo are spectacular. It's always a treat to watch the sunset and the moon rise over the Gulf while enjoying drinks or dinner on the expansive balcony. My condo has a unique layout in that the master bedroom, a second bedroom, and the living room all have balcony access. My guests and I appreciate the one-of-a-kind eateries, shops, and boutiques in the area as well as exploring the nearby communities of Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, Water Color, and Seaside. My condo also has the convenience of nearby grocery stores and shopping centers as well as the largest outlet shopping mall in Florida.

Great condo for family vacation. We were there with children and grandchildren, it couldn't have been more perfect. Unit was large enough that we never felt cramped. We were also very impressed with how clean it was. Close to Publix, Walmart, and some great restaurants. Can't wait to go back.

We have come to the Gulf for the last 20 years and rented condos. This is easily is the first to live up to what we expected while reading the descriptions. Clean, Fresh, Well Appointed, Well equipped Kitchen, The Best View in the building and an owner who responds when contacted. We have had no complaints or concerns. We hope to be able to rent this condo again in the future. Thank you for living up to your promises!

My family and I stayed at San Remo 401 for our summer vacation recently and had the most AMAZING time! This condo is above and beyond fabulous! Extremely well equiped, elegantly decorated, spacious accomodations with the most amazing view of Santa Rosa Beach! I can't say enough wonderful words to describe our stay at San Remo 401 in Santa Rosa Beach. We will definitely be coming back! I woudn't want to stay anywhere else!

We recently returned from one of the best vacations I can remember. Jay, thank you so much for this amazing condo. The condo was so beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and perfect. The views and the sound of the ocean were so relaxing. This whole area is so peaceful and lovely. This was our first time to vacation in this part of Florida and I cannot wait to go back!!! I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else but this condo! Thank you again for a vacation to truly remember and cherish.
