Great condo for family vacation. We were there with children and grandchildren, it couldn't have been more perfect. Unit was large enough that we never felt cramped. We were also very impressed with how clean it was. Close to Publix, Walmart, and some great restaurants. Can't wait to go back.

We have come to the Gulf for the last 20 years and rented condos. This is easily is the first to live up to what we expected while reading the descriptions. Clean, Fresh, Well Appointed, Well equipped Kitchen, The Best View in the building and an owner who responds when contacted. We have had no complaints or concerns. We hope to be able to rent this condo again in the future. Thank you for living up to your promises!

My family and I stayed at San Remo 401 for our summer vacation recently and had the most AMAZING time! This condo is above and beyond fabulous! Extremely well equiped, elegantly decorated, spacious accomodations with the most amazing view of Santa Rosa Beach! I can't say enough wonderful words to describe our stay at San Remo 401 in Santa Rosa Beach. We will definitely be coming back! I woudn't want to stay anywhere else!

We recently returned from one of the best vacations I can remember. Jay, thank you so much for this amazing condo. The condo was so beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and perfect. The views and the sound of the ocean were so relaxing. This whole area is so peaceful and lovely. This was our first time to vacation in this part of Florida and I cannot wait to go back!!! I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else but this condo! Thank you again for a vacation to truly remember and cherish.

We just returned from our third visit to San Remo 401. What a perfect spot! This unit is certainly the best in the complex. It is situated on the top floor with breathtaking views of the gulf and is very quiet and peaceful. The condo is very spacious and impeccably furnished. It also allows for very easy access to the pool and beach. San Remo, in Santa Rosa Beach, is located in the perfect place on 30-A. It is convenient to Seaside and neigboring communities as well as the amenities of Sandestin. We had a wonderful week and certainly plan to return!
