This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located at Pelican Isle on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
This Pelican Isle unit is located on the fifth floor and will sleep eight people comfortably. Both the living room and master bedroom face the gulf allowing you unobstructed views of the gulf and white sandy beaches. The two bedrooms and living room have a TV, DVD, and VHS player with the living room having a 60 inch plasma and master bedroom having a 42 inch plasma TV. Included is FREE HIGH-SPEED INTERNET.
Washer and dryer are located in the condominium unit for your convenience. From 1 March through 31 October, beach service is included in the rental. Beach service includes two beach chairs and an umbrella set up on the beach.

We've have stay at Jay's condo for three years now and love it. The condo layout is excellent and we feel right at home. Great location away from the crowded beach but yet close enough to shopping and great restaurants. The condo is very clean and up-to-date. Jay is a great person to work with. We difinitely will be returning.

This was our third trip to this particular condo... the view is fabulous, the premises are spotless, Wi-Fi made communication easy, a huge TV to watch LSU beat Arkansas, the waves acting as a soothing sound-conditioner, a good kitchen, and what else do you want? I would like to make a fourth visit next year if our Good Lord is willing... walked away refreshed, exercised, and mentally ready to get back at life. The owner was helpful throughout, working it out so we could stay an extra day. I would recommend this place to anyone who is respectful of other people's property and would keep it that way.

I would absolutely recommend this condo. It was beautifully furnished and very roomy. The layout was nice having the bedrooms on opposite ends of the condo to give more privacy. The beds were very comfortable as was the other furniture. The owner was very helpful to respond to our questions and accomodate our needs. We would love to stay here again!

We stayed here last yr and absolutley LOVED it! Didn't think we were coming back this yr until last minute and was sad to not be able to stay here again. Will definitley book for a week in 2012. Jay was very helpful in everything from booking to questions to payment. Have told all my friends and family about this wonderful condo. Has everything you could ask for and more!

The condo was beautiful! We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The beds were very comfortable (nothing like staying in a hotel). Roomy master bathroom. We felt right at home. Very nice appliances. The view was amazing from the double balcony. You have to eat at Harry T's at Harbor Village...they had huge portions! I would def recommend staying in this condo you will not be disappointed! We plan on coming back next summer!

Thank you so much for making your condo so comfortable and well maintained for guests. Enjoyed the ease of the keypad for coming and going from the pool & beach. Loved everything about this condo and hope to return next year.

This condo was great for our family. There was plenty of room for 6 people and the double balcony provided gorgeous views. I think this is one of the few at Pelican Isle that has a double balcony, which is a balcony from the living room and master bedroom. And the beds were SO comfy!! I will definitely rent from Jay again. He was very responsive to questions and very understanding regarding the oil concerns. We stayed here 6/19 - 6/25 and had no issues from the oil. We saw clean up crews, but not any oil. Thanks Jay, for sharing your lovely beach home. I will recommend to all of my friends and can't wait until we can get back to our favorite vacation spot in Fort Walton Beach!!

Had a great time here. Condo is gorgeous inside and has everything you need. The photos don't do it justice. It is awesome inside and the view from the balcony is great with seating for about 8 people. Owner is also a pleasure to work with and we will remember him next time we visit. This is our 4th visit to the region and we never get enough. Make sure to eat at Fudpucker's and Ciao Bella. The water was rough most of the week with red flags but all the more fun to ride the waves on bodyboards. You can't go wrong with this condo, we hope to come back sometime.
