Our brand-new, six-bedroom, five-and-one-half bath vacation has over 3000 sq. ft. of living space.
Sunset Terrace is located in the upscale gated community of Solana Resort and is perfectly located to enjoy all Orlando attractions and golf courses. We have tried to fill your every need from landscaping around pool for privacy to upgraded mattresses to our extended decking with 40-foot by 10-foot covered lanai. Around the 30-foot by 15-foot, heated pool and raised spa we have upgraded pool furniture for 12 people. We have done all the decorating ourselves which also adds to the beauty and luxury of this home for your relaxation on your vacation.
This villa has six large bedrooms. Four are master bedrooms. Two with king-size beds and two with queens. Fifth bedroom has two twins and the 6th bedroom has two twin beds. There are no pull-out sofas; only beds with upgraded mattresses for your comfort. One master with king-size bed and full bath is on the first floor. Four bedrooms (each with their own full bath) are on the second floor along with 6th bedroom. All bedrooms have a television for your relaxation. There are blow dryers in each of the five full baths.
The 6th bed, along with PlayStation 2 and DVD player, is also equipped with a computer and wireless Broadband Internet.
Living room is a separate living area with upgraded furniture along with gorgeous window treatments and wall decor. There is a large sofa, love seat, and a chair.
Our formal dining room has a large table and comfortably has seating for eight.
Family room/kitchen/nook are all open like a great room. Family room is spacious with 18-foot high ceilings and for your enjoyment has state-of-the-art, 32-inch, LCD, flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, and PlayStation 2.
Kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave and is fitted with all that you will need for a comfortable stay.
Nook has a large table that comfortably seats six.
There is also a half bath and laundry room off the family room/kitchen for your convenience. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board are also there for your convenience.
Walk straight through laundry room and that will lead you right into our game room. The game room has a pool table, air hockey, and electronic dart game for you to enjoy.
At the pool for your relaxation is a 40-foot by 10-foot, covered lanai with outdoor ceiling fans. Extended decking by the 30-foot by 15-foot heated pool with raised spa so you will have lots of room to move around. Also, with landscaping for privacy around pool.
Patio furniture is top quality and there is plenty of seating for everyone. There are two tables, four loungers, and eight chairs.
Once you stay in our spacious home with top quality decorating and furniture you will not want to stay anywhere else. Location is perfect. Just minutes from Disney and all other major attractions. Also, nearby are lots of great golf courses for the avid golfer, who can try a different course every day.
This luxurious home is situated in the gated community of Solana Resort. Solana has a 4000-square-foot clubhouse including a cyber cafe, sundry shop, concierge, beautiful community pool long with children's play area as well as many other family fun activities.
